Dermal fillers contain peptide complexes such as Nonapeptide-18 (CG-For-made) and Oligopeptide-55 (CG-Collagrin). Nonapeptide-18 (CG-Formade) suppresses the activity of hyaluronidase and matrix metalloproteinase which cause collagen reduction. With the use of fibroblasts, it regulates the synthesis of hyaluronic acid and increases syn-thesis of collagen fibers. Oligopeptide-55 (CG-Collagrin) has a powerful antioxidant effect and is re-sponsible for regulating cell proliferation with keratinocytes and fibroblasts.
