OUR EXPERIENCED TECHNICIANS ARE HERE FOR YOU.

Multi-spindle boring units are disassembled and

all parts are measured against manufacturer

specifications. PDS will provide a thorough report

regarding inspection results and also, when

possible, deliver a failure analysis. To correct poor

performing units, all bearings are replaced along

with new seals. Gears and drive couplings are

checked, verified and replaced as needed.

After final assembly, PDS will test and complete

a run-in procedure to bring the unit up to

operating temperature to confirm vibration

and temperature are within manufacturer’s

specifications.
