Please use the BLUE bags for all recyclable materials *except glass containers. Glass should be disposed of with the non-recyclable trash, which will be separated at the

local Materials Recover Facility. Additional blue bags may be requested by dialing Housekeeping at extension 6100 or by asking your suite Host or Hostess. When the

bag is full, seal tightly and place in the dumpster. Thank You.

Stay Cool This Summer

For Rooms with Air Coolers, To operate:

Place in front of an open window.

Open small door on right side of unit to fill with water. Fill water half way between Min and Max. Place ice cubes in top tray. Make sure unit has power and then turn it on.

Set to desired settings, for best cooling set on “Cool” mode.

To help keep your room cool

Keep windows open at night to allow cool air inside.

Draw blinds during the day when the sun is at its peak.

If the weather is particularly warm, we suggest closing the windows and blinds when you leave for the days adventures.

Mail Services A Mail box for letters and postcards is located in the Clubhouse across from the Front Desk. This Mail is picked up Monday-Friday at 2:30pm and then taken to the Post Office. Postage stamps can be purchased at The Market Place.

All packages for Guest such as UPS, FedEx and USPS parcels are logged upon arrival and then sent to the Front Desk where our staff will notify You that it has arrived for pick up. Please note that The Ridge Resorts is not responsible for lost or delayed packages.

If You forget something in Your room after departure please call Security as soon as possible at 775-588-3553 ext. 6600. If the items are found we can mail them back to you. Guest are responsible for the postage fees.

Items Purchased onsite can also be mailed to your desired address. Such as items from The Market Place or Spa. Guest are responsible for the postage fees.
