ENGINEERING AND HOUSEKEEPING (Dial 8) Don’t Wait - Dial “8" from your room phone for any Engineering or Housekeeping services. Please anticipate any needs because items requested after 10pm will be delivered the following day after 8:30am.
FINANCIAL SERVICES (Dial 4225) We urge you to pay your dues via EFT (electronic funds transfer)! This is quick and easy and best of all, it SAVES you and your Association from high credit card fees! Contact Financial Services to make your payment electronically and to set up prepayments towards future dues. We’re available Monday through Friday 8am - 4pm in Naegle Building 12 on the 6th floor. FRONT DESK (Dial 0) Hours of Operation: Sunday thru Thursday 7am - 10pm Friday & Saturday 7am - 12am Check-In Time: 4pm Check-Out Time: 10am Late checkouts will be charged $20 per hour starting after 10am. The locks to your room are changed as soon as you check out, so please be sure to have all of your belongings before leaving your room.

RESERVATIONS (Dial 5800) Want to make reservations for your next stay? Have questions about renting your unit? Need more information about using your Vacation Club Points? We’re available by phone every day of the week in the Call Center from 8am-6pm and open for drop-in appointments in the ClubHouse (Tahoe B Room) Tuesday—Thursday from 9am until 4pm and Friday-Saturday from 10am– 4pm. The phone center and Club House desk are closed for lunch between 12 noon and 1pm. We look forward to helping you!

Children must be at least three years old and fully toilet trained.
Children MUST be
picked up on time!
