Share your vows with guests amidst the panoramic Blue Mountains that cocoon the retreat, or next to

the beautiful blue stone fireplace with Sydney city as your backdrop. With memorable locations peppered

throughout the retreat, the location for your ‘I Do’s’ is just as unique as your day. Guests are entertained

with drinks and canapés while you roam the grounds and nearby National Park for that perfect shot of your

memorable day.

CEREMONY

Spicers Sangoma Retreat has a number of locations within the maintained grounds suitable for your ceremony

with capacity for up to 60 guests in both indoor and outdoor settings.

Choose to have your ceremony poolside on the lawn with views across the Blue Mountains, or within our lush

Sangoma gardens with lyrebirds as your choir, or even beside the striking bluestone fireplace overlooking a

deck with Sydney as your backdrop. The dedicated Spicers Team will set up an arbour, chairs and signing

table, to ensure your vows are shared in the perfect setting.

RECEPTION

Whether you are after a seated 5 course set menu or a simple selection of delicious canapés, we can deliver

a tailored dining experience with our variety of options.

Our retreat features a Main Dining Room (5x8m), a beautifully appointed space with the ability to sit 35 people

for a seated dinner or 50 people for a cocktail style setting.

The Main Deck (4x11m) is connected to the Main Lounge Room and boasts a beautiful outlook back towards

the twinkling lights of Sydney. The space can seat up to 30 guests for a seated dinner and if you include the

Main Lounge, the entire space can cater for 60 guests for a cocktail style event with canapés.

All beverage packages include one Sparkling Wine, two White Wines and two Red Wines.

These wines can be personally selected by you from our Sommelier selected beverage list.

Beer and soft drinks are included with all beverage packages.

Spicers Sangoma Retreat offers a maximum of a six-hour beverage package,

with all beverage service ceasing at 11:00pm.

*Additional hours can be added to the beverage package at a charge of $30pp. Special orders are available

on request with a minimum of 4 weeks’ notice. This is subject to availability and additional charges.

FOOD

The ever-changing menu at Spicers Sangoma Retreat is inspired by fresh, organic, seasonal produce sourced

locally from farmers and producers within our community. Our chef and kitchen team believe in hearty food,

full of flavour, colour and a lot of passion.

Each couple planning their wedding at Spicers Sangoma Retreat will personally meet our Head Chef to tailor

a menu specific to your special day, whether that includes a 5-course sit down menu or a delightful selection

of canapés.

ACCOMMODATION

At Spicers Sangoma Retreat a strong emphasis is given to creating a luxurious yet relaxing environment that

exists in harmony with nature. Each of our eight suites has its own unique personality, offering a high level

of luxury and comfort. Guests are welcome to book the night before or after the wedding with discounted

accommodation rates. Saturday night weddings require a minimum two night stay with eight suites booked

each night in peak periods.

Whether you are planning a mid-week elopement or a weekend wedding we have the accommodation to suit.

Sunday to Thursday

All Rooms at $599 include Bed and Breakfast. All other wedding charges are separate.

Friday and Saturday

All Rooms $699 include Bed and Breakfast. All other wedding charges are separate.

VENUE HIRE

The exclusivity fee is applicable for all wedding bookings. This entitles you to hold your ceremony and reception

in one of Australia’s most luxurious and exclusive destinations with a professional and dedicated team to focus

only on you and your guests. This fee enables you to utilise all areas of the Retreat and surrounds for your

wedding exclusively. The fee also covers the set up your ceremony chairs, signing table, and reception table

with place settings. Other personal items such as candles and flowers on the table are not included.

Your exclusive use begins at 2pm on your wedding day to 10am the following morning.

Sunday to Thursday - $1500

Friday - $2500

Saturday - $4000

To secure your wedding date an initial deposit must be paid to the value of the venue hire fee, followed

by scheduled payments stipulated in your contract. To assist with the planning, we can provide a detailed

preferred supplier list, however you are welcome to use any suppliers of your choice.

ELOPEMENTS

If your ideal wedding day includes just you, your partner and a few close friends and family on the guest list,

we can create an experience perfect for your intimate wedding. With such an exclusive and private setting,

Spicers Sangoma Retreat is the ultimate location for an intimate elopement.

Our stunning settings for elopements include: poolside in an elevated position overlooking the countryside,

on the lawn enveloped by forest or by the fire pit with the industrial back drop of the main building. For the

ultimate in seclusion you can also choose to host your ceremony on your very own balcony of your suite.

With elopements, we ask that there is a maximum of 6 people including: the bride and groom, two guests, a

celebrant, and one photographer. However, there are options for more guests available upon request. The

property will still be shared with other guests staying at the Retreat, however we will endeavour to make your

special day as private as possible.

All elopement guests are required to stay overnight either during the weekend or mid-week. We welcome

you to take photos anywhere on the property with your photographer, except in front of other guests’ rooms.

You are also welcome to add minimal styling to the evening table.

A small set up fee applies for ceremony setup of $250.
