AN OASIS OF GREEN IN THE HEART OF THE CITYargento is a contemporary residential development located in a quiet, leafy setting. Surrounded by historic buildings, the project combines traditional and new elements, in a modern interpretation of the classic, tranquil garden palace. Argentinierstrasse 11 and the three new detached apartment buildings in the spacious courtyard of the original building complement each other in terms of design and colour scheme, coming together to create a harmonious ensemble. The old part of the building will be restored to its original glory, with a contemporary rooftop floor set atop a light and inviting facade. Meanwhile, the new buildings will take their cue from the existing stock with surrounding verandas finished in light-coloured concrete.
