Potters offers the perfect location for your garden ceremony with a relaxed atmosphere and

elegant reception, catering for up to 100 guests for a formal event or up to 150 guests for a

cocktail reception.

Located at the gateway to the beautiful Hunter Valley Wine Country, Potters offers your guests

style and comfort in a convenient location.

Our aim is to make your special day as memorable as possible by working closely with you to

create a unique experience for you and your guests.

Ceremony Options

Garden ceremonies are a popular option for people who want to share their special moment in a

tranquil setting with family and friends.

At Potters Hotel Brewery Resort this option will be available for you at no extra charge, if you

choose to hold you reception with us.

We will supply limited seating for your guests, table and 2 chairs for signing of your register and

use of our beautiful garden surrounds.

In addition you may like to consider the use of our Red Carpet for your bridal party entry and

urns with floral arrangements available for hire for only $150.00.

In the case of hot or wet weather, you are welcome to provide your own Market Umbrellas and

Marquees. Alternatively you are welcome to use the reception function room for your ceremony

in the case of inclement weather.

Our surrounding rural landscaped gardens and ponds, as well as our heritage listed brick beehive

kilns and Brewery make the perfect backdrop for your formal bridal photography at no extra

charge or time limits.

Potters Hotel Brewery Resort also has the perfect location for your wedding cars and limousines

to enter and for your bridal party to arrive with front garden access directly to your ceremony

location for a grand entrance and convenient end of function parking at the door of your

reception room.

Terms and Conditions

To confirm a booking for Potters Hotel Brewery Resort function rooms, a non refundable

deposit of $500.00 must be received.

All deposits paid are seen as acceptance of the Terms and Conditions noted Herein

Rates are quoted inclusive of GST and subject to change depending on government taxes and

or policies

Surcharges will be incurred to the value of 10% on Sundays and Public Holidays on all Wedding

Packages

All AMEX and Diners card payments will incur a 3% surcharge

Minimum night stay requirements may apply in our accommodation at various times of the

year. All accommodation bookings are subject to availability

Final numbers and Full payment is due 14 days prior to Wedding date

Any outstanding balances is to be paid in full at the conclusion of your reception

All functions must conclude and vacate the function room no later than 12 midnight

All cancellations made prior to 14 days from event will receive a full refund, excluding the

non– refundable deposit of $500.00
