CEREMONY

Spicers Vineyards Estate offers the ideal setting for your intimate wine destination wedding. Our spacious grounds

offer beautiful old gum trees, four acres of vineyard and views of the Brokenback mountain range, providing the

perfect backdrop for exchanging vows and taking wedding photography.

The Hunter Valley offers a myriad of breathtaking seasons to choose in which to celebrate your nuptials.

• Summer - December to February is Harvest time in the Hunter Valley and is the most vibrant and exciting

time of the year. Warm days see the vineyards bathed with green foliage and the region abuzz with winemaking

activities.

• Autumn - March to May sees the vineyards slowly turn to a warm orange hue as the leaves begin to fall. With

the warmer weather beginning to slow, this time of the year is a photographers dream

• Winter - June to August is a spectacular time of the year in the Hunter Valley. Perfect blue sky days, and mild

day time temperatures are perfect for afternoon ceremonies, leading to cool evenings of romance with cozy

open fireplaces.

• Spring - September to November sees the vines spring back to life with delicate new growth dancing across the

vineyards of the region. It is in September that the region becomes trans- formed into lush rolling greens.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any guests that management may deem to be intoxicated.

No beverages may be brought onto site and consumed onsite. Restaurant Botanica is licensed to sell beverages.

Spicers Vineyards Estate’s onsite, multi-award winning Restaurant Botanica offers seated dining for up to 80

people. With an expansive all weather veranda and the main dining room, the restaurant overlooks the properties

private vineyard and the Brokenback Mountain Range.

ACCOMMODATION

Great food, wine and pure indulgence . . . Spicers Vineyards Estate is so much more than a luxury retreat, it is

the ultimate intimately unique wine country experience. Set back from the buzz of Hermitage Road, the retreat

guesthouse building is nestled between the properties private four acre vineyard and natural bush land.

With only 12 rooms, plus our four bedroom house, your privacy is assured with every one of the spacious rooms and

suites being created to be you personal haven, all featuring:

Plush king sized bedding, lounge area with your own open fireplace, ensuite with spa bath, stunning amenities and

special touches like body loofahs, fluffy robes and slippers. Technology includes flatscreen TV, CD/DVD player,

iPod docking stations and air- conditioning.

Every one of our accommodation bookings include a la carte breakfast each morning.

The retreat offers eight open plan King Spa Rooms, along with four Luxury Spa Suites offering separate living and

bedroom and the option of private balcony or courtyard.

Check in is from 2pm. Check out is 11am.

As Spicers Vineyards Estate and Restaurant Botanica offer a small, intimate vineyard venue, we include exclusive

use of the property on your wedding day. As a part of the venue hire, Spicers Vineyards Estate provides the set up of

your ceremony, 24 ceremony chairs and signing table, along with all of the equipment required to cater for up to 80

guests for your reception. Your venue hire also provides your team with access to the property from 12 noon on the

day of your wedding to create the wedding of your dreams!

VENUE HIRE FEE

Monday to Thursday - $1,500

Friday - $3,500

Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays - $5,000

The wedding couple will enjoy a night in a Luxury Spa Suite with our compliments for your

wedding night, and a three course dinner to enjoy at your leisure.

TERMS & CONDITIONS To secure your wedding date the initial deposit must be the equal to the venue hire fee. To assist with the planning we can provide a detailed

preferred suppliers list. You are welcome to use any suppliers of your choice, however please ensure any styling or theming that involves hanging

items must be prior approved by your Wedding Coordinator. Bump in times available from 11am on the day of your wedding for all wedding items.

Noise restrictions apply for the venue so please contact your Wedding Coordinator prior to booking a band or DJ.

Weddings packages Monday to Thursday will reflect a minimum spend of $20,000.

Friday and Sunday packages will will reflect a minimum spend of $25,000.

Saturday and public holiday packages will reflect a minimum spend of $30,000.

Minimum spends are inclusive of food and beverage packages, and accommodation pricing. A minimum two night stay applies to weddings booked

on a Saturday. A minimum three night stay applies to weddings booked over a long weekend. All prices and inclusions were correct at the time of
