Ingredients: 2/3 cup Kefir 1 cup whole Wheat Flour 2/3 cup fine Oat Flour 1/3 cup regular Rolled Oats 2 tsp. all-natural Baking Powder 2 tsp. Baking Soda 1/4 tsp. Sea Salt 1 tbsp. Ground Cinnamon 1/4 tsp. Nutmeg 1/4 tsp. Allspice 1/3 cup Chocolate Chips 1/2 cup Honey 1/3-1/2 cup Chopped Walnuts 3 ripe Bananas Directions: 1. Combine all dry ingredients together with chopped nuts and chocolate chips. 2. Preheat oven to 350deg Fahrenheit 3. Crush bananas into a creamy mass and add to dry ingredients 4. Mix well 5. Add Kefir to mixture and mix well 6. Place the mixture onto a greased or non-stick baking pan. 7. Place pan in preheated oven and bake for around 45 minutes to an hour, regularly checking. 8. Check if ready by sticking a fork or knife onto the bread and see if any mixture sticks to it. 9. Let cool and serve 10.Enjoy

Whole Grain Kefir Banana Bread

Everyone loves banana bread. This recipe lets you enjoy the great tasting banana bread with the awesome health benefits of kefir all in one.
