Whole Grain Kefir Banana Bread
Everyone loves banana bread. This recipe lets you enjoy the great tasting banana bread with the awesome health benefits of kefir all in one.
Ingredients: • 2/3 cup Kefir• 1 cup whole Wheat Flour• 2/3 cup fine Oat Flour• 1/3 cup regular Rolled Oats• 2 tsp. all-natural Baking
Powder• 2 tsp. Baking Soda• 1/4 tsp. Sea Salt• 1 tbsp. Ground Cinnamon• 1/4 tsp. Nutmeg• 1/4 tsp. Allspice• 1/3 cup Chocolate Chips• 1/2 cup Honey• 1/3-1/2 cup Chopped
Walnuts• 3 ripe Bananas
Directions:1. Combine all dry ingredients
together with chopped nuts and chocolate chips.
2. Preheat oven to 350deg Fahrenheit
3. Crush bananas into a creamy mass and add to dry ingredients
4. Mix well5. Add Kefir to mixture and
mix well6. Place the mixture onto a
greased or non-stick baking pan.
7. Place pan in preheated oven and bake for around 45 minutes to an hour, regularly checking.
8. Check if ready by sticking a fork or knife onto the bread and see if any mixture sticks to it.
9. Let cool and serve10.Enjoy
