JOHN A. MCLAY, P. Eng., R.E.T., PE John is one of the top world trainers on Turnaround Management Systems for plant facilities that shutdown for periodic maintenance. He is the President and CEO of JMC Consulting Ltd. and a Canadian-born Professional Engineer with over 40 years of experience and the participation in excess of 200 plant shutdowns.
