The VPM-5 is most suitable for small capacity packers who want to palletize and reduce labor costs while stacking in an ergonomic and organized manner. This entry model palletizer has proven to be valuable for many packers in agricultural and industrial markets. This palletizer offers accurate stacking at a smaller capacity for the most reasonable price.

The VPM-5 is compact, versatile and can be quickly installed due to its small size. The machine can be extended with many options, like centering flaps mounted in the gripper manipulator to ensure that the bags are perfectly centered in the manipulator resulting with an accurately stacked pallet product. Touchscreen operation is also provided as a standard equipment feature that can be mounted in any location on / around the VPM-5.

The machine is versatile allowing for all pallet sizes up to maximum 1600 x 1200 mm. Pallets are positioned by means of a pallet stop. The machine can be optionally extended with pallet conveyor systems, an automatic pallet infeed by means of a pallet dispenser and a wrapping machine.

The VPM-7 is an excellent solution for packers who process larger quantities while requiring accurate stacking and flexibility. This machine is standard equipped with retracting formation doors, stacking chamber fitted with retracting doors providing enclosed four-sided palletizing and an inspection platform.

Excellent stacking is enabled with the enclosed stacking chamber with retractable chamber doors and compression type stacking process allowing all bags, from even 2.5 kg upwards, to be stacked accurately and with stability. Each product layer is formed on the upper formation doors, which withdraw and place each individual layer on the pallet. The pallet is then raised and pressed against the formation doors compressing each layer from all directions while the next layer is being formed.This stacking process repeats itself until product stacking is finished resulting with an accurate and perfectly interlocked stack of bags on each pallet. A stock of empty pallets can also be placed inside the stacking chamber depending on the desired stacking height.

Conveyor belts and / or a vertical lift automatically accumulate and transport the bags up into the palletizer for placement in the manipulator equipped with centering flaps which ensures accurate positioning of each bag placed on the pallet. The machine can also be optionally equipped with an automatic adjustment for multiple pallet sizes.

Lay-out VPM-7

The VPM-BL is a compact low-level infeed palletizer that accurately positions various sizes and types of boxes, crates and bin type products on a pallet. The VPM-BL is a semi-automatic machine providing accurate palletizing of boxed or carton type products at a very reasonable price. This machine can also be easily upgraded to fully automatic with the addition of a pallet dispenser and wrapping machine.

This machine allows products to be accumulated and positioned in a precise stacking pattern before infeed into the palletizer. A slide arm moves the full layer onto the retractable shuttle plate where each layer is then placed on top of each other through a repeated lifting process. Horizontal layer joints are then aligned a final time using a compression collar to ensure layers are accurately positioned on the pallet ensuring an excellent stacking result.
