ACM OPC-200 Series is chemically modified zeolite in granular form which can be used as the media to remove oil, heavy metals and similar organics from water. This product can be utilised as an economical adsorption media either as a standalone treatment for wastewater with low volume or low organic contamination/ low non aqueous phase liquid (NAPL) in the stream.

• It is economical for oily water with oil in water content of less than 100 ppm

• It adsorbs oil 50% of its weight, its life inside a still bed canister is much longer that of other process media.

Used on its own, ACM OPC-200 Series is an efficient still bed filtration medium.Other applications include tank cleaning, oil spill mitigation, and lining/capping projects.

ACM OPC-100 Ser ies b lends of chemically treated clay, pH buffer and flocculants as complete solutions to remove hydrocarbon, fats, oil and grease, heavy metals and all organic matters from industrial and municipal effluents and sludge. The use of products from these series allows difficult to treat effluent to meet the discharge COD and BOD limits, and it also removes difficult contaminant such as phenol.When used in sludge dewatering applications, it allows the sludge cake to be stabilized meeting landfill TOC and TCLP parameters, and filtrate to meet local discharge limits.
