Formatting & Writing Tips Font - 10, 11, 12 pt, Arial, Arial Narrow, Calibri, Times New

Roman

Balance the use of bold, CAP, underline, bullets to emphasize

section headings, detail etc.

Write in the first person, drop the “I” from the beginning of each

sentence

Avoid “responsible for”, “duties included” starters
