Thermprotect® : Viessmann patented technology to prevent collector overheating by using a proprietary
crystalline coating.
The stagnation temperature is reduced by means of switching panel absorbers. Collector emissivity
increases beyond a certain temperature so the collector dissipates heat.
No overheating or vapour formation in the case of low heat demand
Advantage: No additional heat dissipation measures required. No need for dry coolers, pumps or drain
