2 TANK SEMI-TRAILER:

At home on Europe’s roads – the tried and tested WILLIG tanker semi-trailer. The weight-optimized WILLIG tanker semitrailer; with an overall volume up to 52 000 liters they can be enjoyed as direct trailer, measurement system vehicle or as a hybrid vehicle with individual equipment.

3 LUBRICANT VEHICLE:

The compact, squat-shaped tanker semi-trailer for transporting lubricants, engine oil and hydraulic fluid, for example, is characterized by a solid and innovative construction. Vehicles specific measurement technologies, such as mass flow meter and characteristic equipment versions, are established individually together with the customer.

The WILLIG tanker construction guarantees maximum manufacturing quality and meets all regulations on dangerous goods. Permitted for transporting low viscosity grade 3 mineral oils, but also biodiesel and lubricants, there is a WILLIG tanker construction in any size you want with individually-adapted equipment versions.

The eight-optimized WILLIG tanker trailers with a capacity up to 32 000 liters, is one of the most innovative and high-quality tanker trailers. Permitted for transporting low viscosity grade 3 mineral oils, biodiesel, there is a WILLIG tanker trailer in any size you want with individually-adapted equipment versions.

RETROFITS:

With its 26 service support centers throughout Germany, WILLIG provides for safety and mobility. The WILLIG specialist workshops retrofit tanker vehicles with everything the legislator prescribes and economics provides.

REPAIRS:

WILLIG solves any problems, whether accident damage or operational fault. As a tanker specialist, WILLIG provides a complete after-sales service for all repairs and retrofits on the tank, fittings and chassis.

WILLIG After-Sales Service:GGVS/ADR TEST:

WILLIG provides safety. Main and interim tests to ADR 6.8.2.4.2 are carried out on all WILLIG sites and are documented with the TÜV-permitted ADR certificate for the relevant vehicle.

CALIBRATION:

WILLIG avoids superfluous routes and downtimes. In cooperation with the competent weights and measures authorities, in the Straubing, Mühlau or Strelice sites, all measurement equipment is calibrated for low-viscosity mineral oils in accordance with the legal regulations (Section 13 Calibration Regulation).
