OUTSIDE CATERERS

• If absolutely necessary, outside caterers will be considered, but not all caterers will be approved. • Any outside caterer must meet on-site with ACCA’s Event Manager, prior to executing a contract

between the client and the outside caterer. • All documentation and meeting between ACCA and potential outside caterer must occur at least

6 months prior to the event. • ACCA must approve any outside caterer in order for that caterer to service an event within any of

ACCA’s venues. • Any outside caterer (which only includes catering companies or bona fide catering restaurants)

must provide all applicable business, health, food handler’s licenses, etc. as well as current liability insurance, which meets or exceeds terms required by ACCA.

• If an outside caterer is approved, then the client will automatically have 5 hours of open bar without wine service, instead of 4 hours open bar with wine service during dinner.

• A $500.00 fee must be paid at the time of approval.

PARKING Street parking is free on Saturdays after 2 p.m. No time limit on Sundays. There is also a free parking lot on River Street, just one block north of the theatre. Local parking is available for a fee at the municipal garage located on the corner of Stolp Avenue and Downer Place, just one block south of the theatre, or at the Hollywood Casino garage, located on Galena Blvd, just one block west of the theatre.

Valet parking service can be arranged for most events. Cost is subject to the number of hours of the event, number of attendees and/or number of cars parked. Package pricing is available for complimentary valet service, or a guarantee for the number of cars parked can be arranged, if attendees pay individually for valet.

GRAND GALLERYAdded on in 2006, the gorgeous Grand Gallery serves as the lobby for the Paramount Theatre and was designed to be the perfect reception space for your next event. Wedding ceremonies in this space create a unique atmosphere as you say “I Do” on the Grand Staircase. The cost to incorporate the Grand Gallery for the ceremony is $500. This includes set-up and tear down of up to 120 chairs on the main floor, up to 80 chairs on the second floor and (1) additional hour of event time (30 min. for the ceremony and 30 min. prior to the ceremony to allow guests to be seated).

ORIGINAL LOBBYThe Original Lobby is the east lobby area of the Paramount Theatre and is usually used as the entrance for guests attending events in the Grand Gallery. It is also used quite frequently for a cocktail reception area. The cost to incorporate the Original Lobby into an event for pre-dinner cocktails is $250. This includes set-up and tear down of highboy tables and (1) hour use of space.

PARAMOUNT STAGEBuilt in 1931, the 1,851-seat Paramount Theatre is as historical as it gets. The stunning theatre can be used for several aspects of your big day including the ceremony, dinner or dancing. Please let us know if you are interested in including the Paramount Stage in your celebration to determine pricing.

AUDIO/VISUAL EQUIPMENTA CD player (not including CDs), DVD player and speaker system are available in our Grand Gallery for background music and television-formatted DVDs at no additional charge. Podium and corded microphone included in Grand Gallery rental fee. Also, an iPod style device can plug into the sound system for background music, if so desired.
