2. Many people want to become citizens of the USA. The US government does not ask them to repent. Why does God want us to repent before we can become His citizens?

Praying

God, I thank you for the opportunity to hear your Good News.

I admit that I am a sinner.

I believe that Jesus died on the cross to pay for my sins.

I believe that Jesus rose again to give me a new life.

I want to open my heart to receive Him as my Lord and Savior.

Please accept me and lead me in a new life. Amen.
