YOUTH REPORT
bull Breakfast provided for Rescue Mission went well We provided pancakes sausage and eggs
bull Upcoming Senior High Retreat will also host the Family Retreat both at Camp Casowasco
bull Will again do Living Stations of the Cross on Good Friday
UPDATE ON CHURCH REPAIRS
bull We had both Diocesan representative and outside representative do a walkthrough Major issues appear to be in buildings outside of church Bathroom in vestibule may be possible
bull Hunt Engineering reviewed the cracks leaks and breaks windows window sills of church and took pictures of all We are awaiting their report about the issues
NEW ITEMS
bull We have our new Parish Mission and is always at the top of the bulletin Looking for a Parish Vision which will be displayed at the bottom of the bulletin
bull Possible ideas discussed but will come back to this issue during next monthrsquos meeting
bull New members need to be recruited Only 2 members will be renewed in June Seeking nominations for 3 adult members to serve a 3-year term and possible new Youth member
bull Recruitment of new members to begin immediately including ongoing bulletin announcements and to include nomination form Will be preparing pictures of Pastoral Council Members to post in Vestibule
SCHOOL REPORT
bull Annual budget is in the works
bull Catholic Schools Week service project of soup for a super bowl 600 cans of soup gathered for donation to the Food Bank and the Food Pantry
bull Tours are going well Currently 30-40 non-Catholics attend the school
bull Current Statusmdash54 Students
FINANCIAL REPORT
bull New requirement from Diocese of Rochester to transfer money not needed for the long term (not needed in 5-7 years) now be transferred to the Diocese in a Communis Fund (Church Corporation) This has already been taken care of for Immaculate Funds will be invested in stocks and bonds that are A rated and have a low management fee
bull We are tracking to be in the black and are continuing to review statements
bull School is budgeted at a loss year to date Alumni detail may help and the biggest fund-raiser is tuition and outside donors
bull CMA is at 80 of pledges needed Families will be contacted individually for pledges
