These photographs serve to illustrate the existing

architectural details that shall be retained and

restored.

Sturdy arch and rectangular timber-framed lattice vents are supported on

masonry columns with decorative plaster mouldings in the interior hall.

Elegantly designed concrete posts and balustrades of the two rare side staircases extend outwards to receive visitors.

Raised floors are supported on carefully detailed

rusticated masonry piers.

A rare bungalow with two symmetrical roofed side staircase entrances.

A one-storey early style bungalow with a large tiled over-hanging roof, long front verandah and raised floors for natural ventilation.

An imposing symmetrical front façade sitting at the edge of high ground.

The tiled roof, supported by slender columns appear to float when viewed

from lower ground.

Masonry arches within the bungalow to be restored.Interior timber lattice works and ceiling grid to be restored. Decorative floor tiles of original design to be retained

and restored.
