Dear frens ,we want to discuss about how to improve the QualityManagement Plan for YSE during the all life of the project, startingfrom the beginning.Which is the best strategy, for example, to take each Wp and make a specific plan for it or to create a general plan, or both.At the same time, What kind of indicators are necessary tocreate?

The idea is to use a QMPP Model(management of quality in peer production) as a starting point to define a specific modelfor quality in the implementation of theproject products YSE, particularly forquality in peer production and UserGenerated Content of edu-video.
