• 4 eggs• 1 cup oil• 2 cups milk

Step Two• Gather ingredients
and utensils.
Step Three• Spray muffin
pans with nonstick cooking spray.
Step Four• In a large
mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients.
Step Five• Add eggs, oil, and
1 cup of milk. • Mix with fork for 1
minute.
Step Six• Add remaining 1
cup of milk.• Mix with fork
just until blended.
•DO NOT OVERBEAT!!!
Step Seven• Fill muffin cups
evenly (about ¾ full) using all of the batter.
Step Eight• Bake at 350
degrees F for 25-30 minutes or until muffins test done.
