SUPPLEMENTARY RESULT NOTICE NO: 580

TGT (ENGLISH) MALE, POST CODE-131/17IN DIRECTORATE OF EDUCATION.

The DSSSB vide its advertisement No. 04/2017 dated 22/12/2017 had advertisedtotal 367 [UR-180, OBC-93, SC-49, ST-45, including PH (OH-05, VH-06)] vacancies for thepost of TGT (English) Male, Post Code-131/17 in Directorate of Education with closingdate as 31.01.2018. Tier-I examination in offline written examination mode was conductedon 02/09/2018.

2. On the basis of offline examination of Tier-1 held on 02/09/2018 and having beenfound provisionally eligible as per documents uploaded in support of educationalqualification, age etc in accordance with advertisement NO.04/2017 and RRs for the post ofTGT (English) Male, Post Code-131/17 in Directorate of Education, a total of 246 (UR-168,OBC-11, SC-45, ST-22 including 04 PH) candidates were provisionally nominated for thepost of TGT (English) Male, Post Code-131/17 vide Result Notice No. 429 dated30.04.2019 and the candidature of 25 candidates was kept pending for want of deficientdocuments 1 clarification and their documents were recalled w.e.f. 03.05.2019 to 12.05.2019and 07 candidates under OBC category were kept pending for verification of their OBC(Delhi) status. Further, a total of 15 candidates (UR-03, UR/PHNH-01, OBC-09, SC-01,ST-01) were provisionally nominated vide Supplementary Result notice No. 562 dated11/12/2019 and 12 candidates were again kept pending for want of deficient documents inthe e-dossier and z= & final opportunity was given to them w.e.f. 13.12.2019 to 22.12.2019.The candidature of 02 candidates was also revived vide supplementary result notice no. 562dated 11.12.2019. However, due to some technical· reason, link could not be opened forthem to upload the deficient documents. Further, 05 vacancies have been kept pending forcourt case candidates.

3. Out of 12 pending candidates to whom 2nd opportunity was given, a total of 06 (UR-01, OBC-03, SC-02) candidates have uploaded the requisite documents and found eligibleas per RRs. are now being nominated. But, 03 candidates (UR-01, UR/PH-01 , SC-01) failedto upload the deficient 1 requisite documents in the e-dossier even after giving twoopportunities and their candidature is being rejected. Further, 01 pending candidate underUR category has been shifted to OBC category for seeking relaxation in marks in CTET andis being nominated under OBC Category. Accordingly, 03 candidates (UR -01, UR/PH-01SC-01) category have been considered for nomination from the merit list below the lastselected candidate in their respective category.

4. (i) Accordingly, in continuation to Result Notice No. 429 dated 30.04.2019 andSupplementary Result Notice No. 562 dated 11/12/2019, the candidates, as detailed below,are also provisionally selected on the basis of offline examination of Tier-1 held on02/09/2018 and having been found provisionally eligible as per documents uploaded insupport of educational qualification, age etc in accordance with advertisement NO.04/2017a~d RRs for the post of TGT (English) Male, Post Code-131/17 in Directof(Jf Education.

5. The selection of the above 10 candidates shall further be subject to genuineness ofthe documents on the basis of which they have claimed to have fulfilled all the eligibilityconditions as prescribed in the RRs and terms and conditions of advertisement invitingapplications and subject to thorough verification of their identity with reference to theirphotographs, signatures/handwriting etc. on the application form, admission certificate etc.The candidature of the above candidates are liable to be cancelled by the UserDepartment also. in case the candidates are found not to be fulfilling the terms &conditions of the advertisement inviting applications for the said post code. TheCompetent Authority of the Department concerned shall issue the appointment letterto the candidates after being satisfied about their eligibility as down in the recruitmentrules and after verification of the correctness of the information furnished in theapplication form and the documents related to Educational Qualification, Age andother essential certificates.

6. The user department shall also check the eligibility of the reservation benefit, if any.Further, if applicable, the User Department shall verify the genuineness of the CasteCertificates furnished by the candidates prior to issuing offer of appointment to thecandidates. The Competent Authority of the user department shall arrange to verifythe correctness of the information/documents as furnished in the e-dossier vis-a-visthe original documents. User Department is requested to ascertain the scrutiny/correctness of the same at their own level before issuing the offer of appointment tothe provisionally selected candidates. Further, the appointing authority shall verifyand satisfy itself about the authenticity of documents/certificates and essentialqualification for the post before finally appointing the candidate. The UserDepartment is also requested to rectify/correct, in case, any minor/clericalerror/deficiency noticed in the documents of the candidate at their own level.

7. It is stated that the User Department shall verify the genuineness of the castecertificate furnished by the candidate in the light of Notification No. 36012/22-93-Estt.(SCT)dated 08/09/1993issued by DOPTand other instructions/guidelines issued fromtime to time b the Com etent Authorit rior to issuance of offer of a ·ntment to

the candidate. It is further stated that, prior to appointment, the User Departmentmust satisfy, itself, that the above candidates are fulfilling the necessary criteria asprescribed for entitlement of OBC (Delhi) certificate as specified in variousOrders/Guidelines/Circulars including order dated 07/03/2017 issued by RevenueDepartment, GNCTD after thorough verification of caste certificate.

8. The User Department shall also get the SC/ST/OBC/PH/ExSM/etc. certificatesverified from the Issuing authority. Further, if applicable, User Department shall also verifythe genuineness of the caste certificates furnished by the candidates prior to issuing offer ofappointment to the candidates. In case of the OBC candidates, it may also be verified thatthe candidate does not belong to creamy layer of the schedule of Govt. of India, DoPT O.M.No. 36012/22/93-Estt. (SCT) dated 08.09.1993, O.M. No. 36033/3/2004-Estt. (Res) dated09.03.2004 and 14.10.2009 and O.M. No. 36033/1/2013-Estt. (Res) dated 27.05.2013.

9. The Competent Authority of the Department concerned shall issue the appointmentletters to the candidates after being satisfied about his eligibility as laid down in therecruitment rules and after verification of the correctness of the information/documents asfurnished in the application form and e-dossier vis-a-vis the original documents related toEducational Qualification, Age and other essential Certificates as per instructions issued byGovt. of India in this regard vide MHA O.M. No. 2/29/54-RPS, 19-11-54.

10. The user department shall ensure that the appointment made is in conformitywith DoPT guidelines and instructions of Govt. issued from time to time.

11. The result process for the above post code stands closed in all respect except 02pending candidates bearing Roll No. 2650004297,2650002894 & 05 court case candidates.

12. A waiting panel is available and valid for a period of one year from the date ofdeclaration of result i.e. upto 29.04.2020 as per earlier result notice no. 429 dated30.04.2019.

13. Mere inclusion of name of candidate in the result notice does not confer anyright upon the candidate over the post unless the appointing authority is satisfiedafter such enquiry as may be considered necessary that the candidate is suitable inall respect for appointment to the Post.

14. The category wise marks obtained by the last selected candidates have been givenas under:-

Note:- In advertisement no. 04/17, in para-2 (vii) - Mode of Selection (Examination Scheme), ithas been mentioned that "If there are two or more candidates in the same category havingequal marks in the examination, the candidate older in agewill get preference.In case of further tie, candidate having higher marks in Section "A" of the test shall bepreferred" .

15. While every care has been taken in preparing the result, the DSSSB reservesthe right to rectify errors and omissions, if any detected at any stage or arising due tocourt cases., if any.
