    determination, willpower, and courage.

    various steps that show their talent and uniqueness and led

    to bring a revolutionary change. Zach Vouga, CO-CEO and

    CO-Founder of Plant Power Fast Food is an individual who

    follows the similar. Talking of his early life, he obtained his

    degree from DePaul University in the Field of Study Political

    Science and Government in 2011.

  • After gaining a piece of good knowledge in the

    field of political science, he then started to work

    as a General Manager in Evolution Fast Food in

    2011. In this firm, he was responsible to create

    various procedures and programs which are

    required to make it a pure vegan restaurant. In

    this restaurant, he worked for more than 4 years

    and gained some good experience as GM.

  • Later on, Zach decided to move a step ahead in his career,

    and he then founded the company Plant Power Fast Food

    in the year 2016. This is a 100% vegan restaurant in

    California with more than 6 million dollars in funding in the

    beginning. Currently, this firm has grown to five locations

    with a mobile food truck throughout San Diego and

    California. Vouga has planned to open three or four more

    locations in the year 2020 and the estimated revenue of

    more than $15 million in the year 2021.

  • Not only this, after getting amazing overall feedback of Plant Power Fast Food

    and its success of it, Zach founded another food company named Donna Jean.

    This is a 100% plant-based firm it is well established with a fine-dining eatery

    that contains the flair of southern cooking in its environment.
