A sample user:

Our app would appeal to mainly female from pre-teen to young adult. Our typical user would be secondary school/collage or University students. They would be a typical teenage girl.Someone who loves clothes, going out

with her friends and spends most of her time social networking. Appearance really matters and the ‘right’ clothes mean a lot.

The main competitor ,similar to ours is ‘What 2 wear’, this app is in the English market but is in Dutch,

this a problem with the app because an English app must be

translated so that the English can use it. ‘What 2 wear’ is used by

inserting your clothing options into a generator that gives you a

suitable option for your event. This means that the suggestions are limited because there is only a

selected range of clothes to choose from.

Our app allows users to drag the outfit onto a photo of themselves – they can ‘try before they buy’. This

is a unique feature.

Our app is unique to others because our features include the option to buy your suggestions

straight away. Instead of referring you to a website or store. We

offer the chance to share options with other users all around the

world to get feedback and opinions from people just like you. Our app allows users to grag the outfit onto a photo of themselves – they can ‘try before they buy’. This is a unique feature. You will also be able to get outfit ratings

from your friends – social networking.

What data will our app need to use?

• Each user will have a profile page• On that profile they will store photos taken from

their device and with additionally data in the form of clothes that are copy-and-pasted like layers over their image.

• Each user will be able to rate their friends outfits – this will create more data – rating of self and others (a gamification aspect).

• Users will also be able to comment and have status updates.

• All of this information can be managed using a ‘typical’ mobile device and a database controlled remotely by the app provider.
