All Zaps travel in one direction.

Here's an example of a Zap: When I receive a new email in Gmail, send me an SMS message.

The first part (receiving a new email) is the trigger. The second part (sending an SMS message) is the action.

Select the non-ReviewTrackers web app or service.

Select one of the appropriate triggers.

Select ReviewTrackers.

Select your action (Send Request Review Email).

Link your ReviewTrackers account using an API key — Zapier will prompt you to test the connection.

Link your MailChimp (or other web app) account using an API key — Zapier will prompt you to test the connection.

Select the appropriate corresponding fields.Apply any optional filters — these can get tricky! Ideally these are avoided.

The fields during this step vary based on the web app/service.
