Basic conditions to become business associates

Our Business Associates must follow the company Guidelines:

1) To be registered proprietor ship firm/partnership firm/public/private/LLP company with registered ROC.

2) Franchise Firm VAT No.

3) Franchise Firm Pan Card No.

4) Franchise firm Bank Account.

4) Franchise firm Trade License.

5) Payment should be made in favour of M/S R.S JENNI INDIA TRADING PRIVATE LIMITED through a/c payee cheque/draft.

6) Saleable products will be delivered at the franchise point within 10 days from the date of completion of the showroom/outlet.

7) Franchise need to employ two salesman & one accountant with computer knowledge.

8) Franchise should oblige the stipulated drawing ,diagram & colour co-ordination as stated by the company in terms of infrastructure,interior & furnishing.

9) CCTV cameras should be installed for surveillance.

10) Franchise should install proper internet connection so that to run centralised software of accounting , billing & meterial management.

11) Franchise should follow the Terms & Conditions strictly as stated in the agreement.

12) Franchise should have the outlet space as per the companies policy.

13) The company will charge 10% as royalty on total monthly sales.

Express FranchiseThe Business Associate should follow the terms and conditions strictly has stated in the agreement.1. Express Franchse has to pay 50 Lac as Security Deposit .2. The company give Margin of 15% on total sales.3. The company will give 12% p.a minimum gurrantee on total security desposit.
