During a Zen Shiatsu Touch session, a five element assessment is made to find the quality of vitality rooted in the diaphragm/hara, abdominal area where the functions of body, mind and spirit manifest. With intuitive touch, the yin/yang meridian system is harmonized, and the natural flow of electro- magnetic energy (Qi) is restored. Techniques include: stretching, leaning, thumbing, palming and holding.
