Selection ProcedureWe Follow
If desired by our clients we are always ready to act on behalf for conducting the finalization of recruitment following
the requirement set forth by our clients. We assure that the selection procedure will be done in the same format as instructed and the results of the assessment would be qualitative. We will, on the other hand, can provide with full support and assistance
being nominated by the government of employers countries and that the workers been medically examined MUST pass the standard medical examinations which includes Blood Chemistry Test, AIDS (Acquired Immuno - Deficiency Syndrome) Test, Hepatitis and other general check ups. The said examinations are conducted in cooperation with the duly approved and accredited hospitals by the Department of health, department of labor and consular appointed agencies.
Documentation Procedure : Zenith Progressive Pvt. Ltd. is staffed with competent personnel needed to process the required travel documents of selected workers. Our documentation specialists personally monitor and ensure the prompt processing of the passport, Overseas Employment Certificates, Visas and other related clearances and documents.
Pre-departure orientation : To further ensure good performance, our company will conduct an intensive orientation sessions to better prepare the workers for the psychological and physical demands of the job. These sessions include among other things, information on the country of destination, terms and conditions of employment, Culture and Tradition of the country and To-Dos and No-To-Dos. We can also welcome our client themselves to provide orientation session to brief the company’s policies and procedure as well as work details of each workers or the each category in person.
if clients wish to make a selection session at our premises using our resources. Upon receipt of proper demand of the workers from our clients we will undergo through the resume collection methodology and follow the procedure of recruitment.
Trade testing : Upon the employer’s request, our team may arrange skill testing designed to test and assess the actual skills required by our clients in an appropriate manner using our local trade test centers or government authorized testing institution.
Medical examination : After a proper selection procedure, all selected workers are requested to undergo the medical tests in an authorized test location
W e will need following documents duly attested by the concerned authorities from the
employers side:
Demand Letter : A formal letter issued by the employer addressing Zenith Progressive Pvt. Ltd. with full detail of the job categories, number of workers, monthly salary, contract period, working hours and all other facilities like food, accommodation medical and air passage.
Power of Attorney : A letter issued by the employer authorizing Zenith Progressive Pvt. Ltd. to act on behalf of the employer in recruiting the required number of workers and to carry out all necessary formalities related with the respective Embassy and the related agencies of the government of Nepal.
Employment Contract : This agreement is made between the company (Employer) and the Employee on the company’s letter head stating clearly and precisely all terms and conditions regarding manpower supply from Nepal.
Consular Letter or Embassy Attestation : This letter is issued by the employer addressing the Consulate General of the respective Embassy intimating him of appointment of Zenith Progressive Pvt. Ltd., as the lawful agent of the employer their authorization to act on behalf of the employers and to carry out all Visa formalities with the Embassy with particular Visa. The Consular letter is applicable in case of issue of original Visa by the employer and in most cases it is applicable for recruitment of Royal Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Agency Contract Paper : This agreement is made between Zenith Progressive Pvt. Ltd. and the Employer Company on the Employer company’s letter head stating clearly and precisely all terms and conditions regarding recruitment of manpower from Nepal.
Guarantee Letter : This letter should be addressed to Director General, Department of Labor and Employment promotion implying no workers would be sent to any other third country.
