> Filtro polveri incorporato con pulizia completamente automatica.La cabina di sabbiatura è dotata di un sistema automatico per il filtraggio delle polveri derivanti dal processo di sabbiatura, le quali durante la lavorazione vengono captate in modo completamente automatico da speciali maniche filtranti (che hanno una durata minima intorno alle 4000 Ore) e successivamente scaricate in appositi contenitori posizionati nella parte inferiore del filtro. L’operatore è semplicemente tenuto a svuotare periodicamente i suddetti contenitori. Le sabbiatrici Fratelli Pezza possono essere a ragione definite “sabbiatrici ecologiche” in quanto il sistema di filtrazione impedisce la fuoriuscita delle polveri nell’ambiente circostante preservando l’operatore dall’inalazione delle stesse.

> Sistema automatico per il recupero e riciclo del materiale abrasivo. Un dispositivo situato all’interno della cabina di sabbiatura permette di separare in automatico le polveri di scarto dal materiale abrasivo che pertanto viene recuperato e rimesso in ciclo in modo completamente automatico. Questo sistema sostituisce la tecnica ormai obsoleta, ma tuttora adottata dalla stragrande maggioranza dei costruttori di sabbiatrici, del separatore a ciclone. A differenza di quest’ultimo, il dispositivo studiato da Fratelli Pezza non è soggetto ad usura ed ha una durata illimitata nel tempo.

> Rivestimento in gomma resistente all’abrasione.Le parti della cabina di sabbiatura interessate dal getto di materiale abrasi-vo sono rivestite con una speciale gomma anti-abrasiva che garantisce una protezione di alto livello.

Unlike the cyclone separator, Fratelli Pezza’s device is not subject to wear and is everlasting.

Dieses Merkmal macht aus der Maschi-ne eine umweltfreundliches Sandstrahlgebläse, da der spezielle Filter den Austritt von Staub in die Umgebung und folglich ein Einatmen durch den Bediener verhindert.

> Automatisches System zur Rückgewinnung und Rückführung des Schleifmittels.

Eine Vorrichtung innerhalb der Maschine erlaubt das automatische Abtrennen des Staubes vom Schleifmaterial, das auf diese Weise wiedergewonnen und vollkommen automatisch in den Zyklus wieder eingeführt wird. Dieses System ersetzt die veraltete Technik des Zyklonabscheiders, die immer noch von den meisten Herstellern von Sandstrahlanlagen verwendet wird. Im Gegensatz zu dem Zyklon, ist unser Gerät nicht dem Verschleiß unterliegen.

> Système automatique pour la récupération et recyclage du matériel abrasif. Un dispositif spécial situé à l’intérieur de la cabine de sablage permet de séparer automatiquement les poussières de déchets du matériel abrasif qui par conséquent est récupéré et remis en cycle de façon complètement automatique. Ce système remplace la désormais obsolète technique, qui est toutefois encore adoptée par la grande majorité des constructeurs des sableuses, du séparateur à cyclone. Contrairement à ce dernier, le dispositif étudié par Fratelli Pezza n’est pas sujet à l’usure et a une durée illimitée dans le temps.

> Software. Un software appositamente sviluppato da Fratelli Pezza consente di re-

alizzare diverse tipologie di sabbiatura (normale, incisa, leggera) in modo completamente automatico.

> Riduzione dell’elettricità statica. Fratelli Pezza ha sviluppato un sistema grazie al quale l’accumulo di elettricità statica durante la sabbiatura di specchi e vetri viene ridotto in maniera importante.

> Filtro polveri incorporato con pulizia completamente automatica.La cabina di sabbiatura è dotata di un sistema automatico per il filtraggio delle polveri derivanti dal processo di sabbiatura, le quali durante la lavorazione vengono captate in modo completamente automatico da speciali maniche filtranti (che hanno una durata minima intorno alle 4000 Ore) e successivamente scaricate in appositi contenitori posizionati nella parte inferiore del filtro. L’operatore è semplicemente tenuto a svuotare periodicamente i suddetti contenitori. Le sabbiatrici Fratelli Pezza possono essere a ragione definite “sabbiatrici ecologiche” in quanto il sistema di filtrazione impedisce la fuoriuscita delle polveri nell’ambiente circostante preservando l’operatore dall’inalazione delle stesse.

> Sistema automatico per il recupero e riciclo del materiale abrasivo. Un dispositivo situato all’interno della cabina di sabbiatura permette di separare in automatico le polveri di scarto dal materiale abrasivo che pertanto viene recuperato e rimesso in ciclo in modo completamente automatico. Questo sistema sostituisce la tecnica ormai obsoleta, ma tuttora adottata dalla stragrande maggioranza dei costruttori di sabbiatrici, del separatore a ciclone. A differenza di quest’ultimo, il dispositivo studiato da Fratelli Pezza non è soggetto ad usura ed ha una durata illimitata nel tempo.

> Rivestimento in gomma resistente all’abrasione.Le parti della cabina di sabbiatura interessate dal getto di materiale abrasi-vo sono rivestite con una speciale gomma anti-abrasiva che garantisce una protezione di alto livello.

> Protezioni ermetiche in gomma sulle aperture laterali.Le protezioni ermetiche in gomma garantiscono una totale tenuta delle polveri impedendone la fuoriuscita nell’ambiente circostante.

> Rastrelliere dotate di speciali setole anti-graffio.Le rastrelliere di entrata ed uscita vetro sono dotate di speciali anelli seto-lati anti-graffio che garantiscono la massima protezione del vetro durante la lavorazione.

È possibile applicare dei moduli extra della lunghezza di mm. 1400 cadauno (optional).

> Nastro trasportatore automatico.La cinghia del nastro trasportatore, rivestita con uno speciale materiale anti-usura ed anti-taglio, è stata progettata per offrire il massimo livello di grip.

> Possibilità di raddoppiare l’altezza di lavorazione.Grazie all’apertura del lato superiore della cabina è possibile raddoppiare l’altezza utile di lavorazione ribaltando la lastra di vetro.

> Duplice possibilità di lavorazione: automatica e manuale. La lavorazione può essere effettuata in modo automatico oppure diretta-mente dall’operatore tramite la pistola manuale posizionata all’interno del-la cabina. Tutte le pistole sabbiatrici sono ad alto rendimento e realizzate in materiale anti-abrasivo. Sono inoltre dotate di ugello in widia (carburo di tungsteno) materiale ad altissima resistenza all’abrasione.

> Tubi in gomma speciale. I tubi in gomma speciale resistente all’abrasione conducono il materiale abrasivo alla pistola sabbiatrice.

> Corazza in metallo duro. Per proteggere il nastro trasportatore è applicata una corazza in metallo duro.

> Ugello a getto d’aria.Nella zona di uscita del vetro è installato un ugello a getto d’aria che garantisce la pulizia del nastro trasportatore.

> Possibilità di applicare gli stampi Amacor.Gli stampi Amacor, prodotti in speciale resina resistente, sono apposita-mente studiati per la realizzazione in automatico di disegni modulari (righe, quadretti, piccoli cerchi…).

> Automatic built-in self-cleaning dust filter. The machine is equipped with an automatic system which filtrates the dust

generated by the sandblasting process. The dust is automatically captured and filtered through special bags (minimum duration 4000 hrs approx.) which get automatically emptied into dedicated boxes placed in the lower part of the filter. Therefore, the operator has only to periodically remove the dust from the above-mentioned boxes. That’s why the machine can be considered as an ecologic sandblasting unit, since the special filters prevent the dust from being spread in the environment avoiding any inhalation of dust from the operator.

> Automatic system for recovering and recycling the abrasive material. A device inside the machine allows the automatic separation of the waste

dust from the abrasive material, which is therefore recovered and recycled, this operation being completely automatic. This system replaces the old and out-of-date technique of the cyclone separator, which is still used by most of the manufacturers of sandblasting machines. Unlike the cyclone separator, Fratelli Pezza’s device is not subject to wear and is everlasting.

> Abrasion-resistant rubber coating. The inner parts of the machine hit by the sandblasting jet are coated with a special abrasion-resistant material, which provides a high-level protection.

> Airtight rubber shelters on the side openings.Thanks to special airtight rubber shelters placed on the side openings of the machine the dust is not allowed to outflow in the surrounding envi-ronment.

> Racks equipped with special bristled rings. The racks placed at the left and at the right of the cabin are equipped with special bristled rings for maximum glass protection during the process, thus avoiding scratches and any other possible fault.

As an option the customer may require additional extensions (entrance and/or exit), which are 1400 mm long.

> Automatic conveyor belt.The automatic conveyor belt is coated with a special wear and cut proof material and provides an optimal grip.

> Possibility to double the maximum workable height.Thanks to the machine open top there’s the chance to increase and even double the maximum workable height by turning the glass plate upside down.

> Multi-functionality: automatic or manual. Our machines are multi-functional equipments: beyond the fully automa-tic processing the operator has got the chance to carry out a manual san-dblasting, thanks to the manual gun placed inside the cabin.
