Day 1Arrive Victoria Falls International Airport approximately 14:00hrs. You will be met by myself or one of my guides and taken through to the Ultimate Safari Lodge in Victoria Falls. Day 2You will be woken up in the morning in time for a tour of Victoria Falls. After the tour of the Falls weʼll proceed back to the Lodge for breakfast. After breakfast we will depart for Chobe Safari Lodge in Botswana.Chobe Safari Lodge is situated in Kasane on the banks of Chobe River and borders Chobe National Park. Right on our doorstep four African countries meet ( Botswana, Namibia, Zimbabwe and Zambia), Chobe Safari Lodge therefore offers an excellent gateway location to Chobe .The lodge has been recently renovated to offer a magical lodge experience to add to the spectacular game viewing.Once you have settled in at Chobe Safari Lodge and had lunch,, there will be a choice of thee activities to do that are covered in your package.Day 3Again today there will be a choice of listed activities as part of the package to choose from.Day 4Today we depart for Pom Pom camp by air transfer. The Camp is located on Pom Pom Island in a private concession situated in the heart of the Okavango Delta and on the head waters of the Xudum river system. The area lies on the western boundary of the Moremi Game Reserve and offers superb Okavango scenery and a true Okavango wilderness experience.The main building is attractively designed and constructed of thatch and canvas and comprises lounge, dining, bar and pool areas, as well as a gift shop and the boma area.... The Okavango Delta is one of the last remaining unspoiled wilderness areas of Africa. The Delta is fed by the floodwaters of Central Africa and covers an area of some 16000 square kilometers. These waters fan out into the Okavango Delta forming a wetland system of beautiful palm-fringed channels, lagoons and islands that support a wealth of fauna and flora alike.

Camaraderie prevails around a camp fire each night as bushlore anecdotes are recounted whilst a gracious meal is prepared and elegant wines uncorked. Over hot coffee and perhaps a fine cognac, you will re-live the dayʼs events and compare notes on fishing and photography – and of course plan for another day that will be remembered long after your return to civilisation.In the main thatched building you will find a cozy bar, lounge and table settings for imaginative meals prepared by our safari chefs. Our camp staff are proficient at their skills and will give you advice, suggestions and help during your stay. They will also give you a warm welcome at the end of each day. PomPom is known as much for its “soul” as for the game and wildlife in the area.Day 5Today we will do what was discussed the evening before.There is the possibility of seeing numerous different species of game, however Pom Pom is also about the nature experience as much as anything else. In addition to big game, Pom Pom is a bird-watcherʼs paradise and within a maze of water passages you will find the busy Pied King Fisher and countless other birds that flourish in the water ways. One such bird is the African Jacana, or commonly known as the “Lilly Trotter” which, with its long sticklike legʼs runs along the top of lily pads without causing so much as a ripple!And..... for your comfort, game drives are offered in new, luxury open-viewing land cruisers, with a tracker and a driver / guide. Giant Eagle Owls are resident in the camp and a rare and elusive Pelʼs Fishing Owl is regularly sighted.Day 6Today we will depart for Kasane to follow on to Victoria Falls for the last two nights of your safari. You will spend them at the Ultimate Safari lodge. For this evening weʼll have dinner at the renown Boma Restaurant. ( not to be missed)Day 7Today guests will do the activities that are a part of the package. There will also be time for any other activities that are not a part of the package or to spend some time curio shopping or just relaxing.Day 8Day of departure

Payment:

All Prices are quoted in American Dollars (USD $) and are based on current rate of exchange. Should increases be forced upon us by exchange rates, fuel increases etc., KAZA Safaris reserves the right to a surcharge without notice. A 50% deposit is required for confirmation of your trip of which 20% in nonrefundable. The full balance must be paid into KAZA Safarisʼ bank account no later than 60 days prior to date of departure of the trip in question. Should the agent or his guests not make said payment within the allocated time, KAZA Safaris reserves the right to cancel the booking and confirm another booking in its place.

Agent Commissions:

All agent commissions are paid in American Dollars(USD$) and are based on current rate of exchange. KAZA Safaris will only pay commissions confirmed in our agent correspondence and agreed upon by KAZA Safaris and the relative Agent.

Insurance:

All insurance is solely the responsibility of the client. This insurance should include, but not be limited to, the following eventualities: cancellation or curtailment of the trip, emergency evacuation expenses, all medical expenses, repatriation expenses, damage/loss/theft of personal belongings and baggage, including money. Ultimate Africa Safaris, as well as their employees, agents or representatives will take no responsibility for any costs or losses incurred to client with regard to, but not limited to any of the above eventualities.

Delays:

KAZA Safaris will not be held responsible for any costs incurred for late arrivals or additional costs resulting in delays with travel plans, changed flights schedules etc. All such expenses will be for the clientʼs expense.

Travel Requirements:

It is the clientʼs responsibility to ensure that passports, visas, travel permits, inoculations or any other requirements for the tour, are in order and obtained well in advance. Additional costs incurred by the client (or the Company on the clientʼs behalf) as a result of any failure by the client to comply with such requirements, will be for the clients expense.

Company Responsibility:Neither KAZA Safaris (the Company) nor any person or agent acting for, through or on behalf of the Company shall be liable for any damage or loss whatsoever arising from any cause whatsoever, and shall particularly not

be responsible for loss or damage arising from any errors or omissions contained in its brochure or other literature, loss or damage caused by delays, sickness, death, theft or injury. In addition the Company shall at all times have the right to cancel a safari or the remainder thereof as well as make any alteration to itinerary,

route, accommodation, price or other details, and in the event of a trip becoming impossible by weather, strike, government law or interference, strike, war or any other circumstance whatsoever that is beyond the

Companyʼs control. Extra expenses arising as a result thereof shall be for the clientʼs expense.Itinerary Changes:

KAZA Safaris will at all times try their utmost to adhere to the original itinerary and schedules. It should however be born in mind that the Company reserves the right to make alterations to routes or campsites as

governed by changing conditions. Such conditions could be as a result of seasonal rainfall/flooding, fire, animal movements/mortality, closure of Parks, airfields or other booking problems. No refunds are given regarding but not limiting to above circumstances or changes that are beyond the Companyʼs control and

necessitate alternative arrangements being made to ensure the continuation/safety and or further participation and enjoyment of the trip.

Company Authority:All KAZA Safari tour guides act as Company representatives. Any decision made by the tour guide will be

deemed final on all matters. The Company or its representative may at any time and without refund, if it considers a client unsuitable for the trip, exclude a client from the tour. Reasons may include but are not

limited to: illegal or unlawful acts, mental or physical illness, addiction or disruption and annoyance to other clients.

KAZA Safaris reserve the right to alter an itinerary at its discretion. KAZA Safaris cannot be held responsible for changes to an itinerary due to acts beyond our control such as acts of God, bad weather conditions and the

results thereof, unsafe traveling conditions and unstable political conditions. It is at the discretion of KAZA Safari to assess these conditions and base our decisions on our findings. KAZA Safaris will in such instances endeavour to provide an alternate itinerary and where possible guarantee a substitute safari. The agent and the guest will be bound to accept these changes as long as it is keeping with the standard and conditions of

undesirable itinerary, or risk losing any payments already made.KAZA Safaris reserve the right to cancel or change an itinerary with the agent at any time before the full

payment has been received. Should KAZA Safaris decide that a certain itinerary will not or is not working for us, KAZA Safaris reserves the right to discontinue the itinerary.

KAZA Safaris cannot be held responsible for any “misrepresentation” on behalf of the agent. KAZA Safaris has stipulated and described our product in detail in our Agents Manual, this manual should be referred to and

adhered to at all times. Any request or queries that are not mentioned in the Agents Manual should be referred to KAZA Safaris who will endeavour to meet the agent or his guests needs if at all possible.
