Logging on to ZimbraLog-in from the Home

For now you’ll have to bypass the security concern by clicking “continue to website”

Log-in with your

GroupWise Username

and Password

ZimbraFolders

All of your Folders should have been

transferred over from GroupWise in the

switch.

Any “Shared” folders will have to be re-share setup from the original

creator.

ZimbraTabs

The tabs across your Zimbra header allow you to access your Mail, Address Book,

Calendar, Tasks and Preferences.

ZimbraNew Mail

Click on the “Mail” tab to begin a new email.

ZimbraDownloads

If you get an email containing attachments from a source you know and trust you can

choose to download them one at a time OR all attachments.

ZimbraContacts

In the “Address Book” all of your Cardinal contacts will already be listed

under Email Contacts.

In the “Address Book” all of your Cardinal contacts will already be listed

From here you can also add New, Edit, or Delete existing contacts.

ZimbraCalendar

In the “Calendar” you can keep track of your scheduled events and add new

appointments that are for just you or a group.

Adding a new appointment can be done from the Calendar Tab.

Complete the Appointment Details, Schedule, Attendees, Location and/or

Resources.

Appointments added to your calendar they will show up as a colored bar for that date

& time.

Zimbra’s chat function allows users to send a quick pop-up message to another account

ZimbraDeleting Email

Emails can be deleted from your inbox by checking the box on the left of the item

you want to delete then clicking the delete button
