Every year we take on up to 70 apprentices (commercial and technical) across Europe,
the Middle East and Africa at our many sites, including our Regional Headquarters in
Winterthur, Switzerland. Apprentices are part of our succession planning and we try to
engage as many as possible after their education is completed.
Furthermore, we provide internships for talented
students in various functional areas and we are
collaborating more and more with local universities
