Chain conveyors are utilized to carry the grain horizontally. Conveyor design may vary depending on many parameters such
as the purpose of usage, capacity and type of product, etc. Conveyors are also available with the bottom or side surfaces
covered with polyethylene or wear-resistant steel plates as an option to be more durable.

CHAIN CONVEYOR
Mysilo chain conveyors are presented with a wide range of
products with different models and product options from
20tons/h up to 1000tons/h capacity. All conveyors are
manufactured from the galvanized sheets assuring the
longest lifetime. Connections with bolt and nut allow easy
installation, technical service and maintenance. Different
models and designs are available in accordance with the
customer needs, purposes of usage and capacities.
Chain breakage and grain blockage sensors are provided
with the conveyors as standard. In case of breakage, chain
falls on the sensor mechanism and the system is stopped by
the switch connected to the sensor avoiding potential
equipment damage.

CHAIN CONVEYOR WITH POLYETHYLENE ROLLERS (P)
Chain Conveyors with polyethylene rollers are recommended to use for
the facilities with small capacities & low annual circulation.

CHAIN CONVEYOR WITH STEEL TYPE ROLLERS (Ç)
Chain Conveyors with steel rollers are recommended to use for the
facilities with high annual circulation. Guided type conveyor trough is
available as an option. With the guide section of the conveyor, the lifetime
of the bottom sheet is extended against corrosion.

DIVISIONAL CONVEYOR (B)
Divisional type conveyors are used where a single conveyor is used to load
multiple discharging points and grain mixing is not desired. The grain
blockage is also prevented with the intermediate section bringing back the
grain again to the desired loading point. These types of conveyors are used
especially in the facilities of feed and seed industry.
DIVISIONAL GUIDED CONVEYOR (BK)
With the guide section of the conveyor, the lifetime of the bottom sheet is
extended against corrosion.

The gates are used to control the grain flowing. Guide in the
gate moves on the rollers and opens and closes the grain
flowing. Correct gate should be selected according to the
conveyor trough type. Channel on the gate facilitates the
passage of the conveyor chain and through this channel; the
conveyor chain passes without falling down. The gates are
manufactured from galvanized steel with 2.5 mm thickness
as standard.
