Le marché des Capucins est un marché couvert dans le centre historique de Bordeaux : situé dans le périmètre d’un PNRQAD, il fait partie d’un programmede réhabilitation urbaine d’ampleur, le projet Bordeaux Re-Centres. Il est situé entre le quartier St Michel et le cours de l’Yser.
Le bâtiment se décompose en deux halles : la halle A et la halle B. Par l’accumulation de leur histoire, ces deux halles sont progressi-vement devenues des monolithes qui étouffent leur quartier. Les aménagements successifs ont nié la réalité structurelle et esthé-tique de cette grande trame répétitive et généreuse.
Nous nous positionnons en faveur des usages mais aussi de cette mégastructure pour qu’elle devienne prescriptrice de projet. Des déconstructions sélectives sont opérées pour retrouver des accroches urbaines. Les programmes existants sont requestion-nés, déplacés et optimisés. De nouveaux programmes, des ateliers de transformation alimentaire et un pôle de mobilité alternative, sont injectés.
Entre le toit remaillé et un grand socle continu, de nouveaux espaces, entre intérieur et extérieur, se dessinent. Ainsi, les Capus vivent d’un nouveau rythme, à intensités variées.

Résidence d’artiste mobile pour la galerie Tator à Lyon
La réponse proposée pour le projet FACTATORY est une architec-ture mobile et modulable.
Il s’agit d’un système basé sur une grille de construction de 1,2 x 1,2m. L’ensemble des éléments s’inscrive dans une logique de multi-ple afin d’offrir un potentiel combinatoire et des variations d’usage.
Il est constitué de x différents éléments: -une superstructure, -des modules ou sous-systemes -un plancher (tatami) -des parois mobiles -des éléments de toiture amovibles
L’ensemble de ses composantes sont basées sur les standards de préfabrication, des matériaux bois et acier.
«Factatory» fonctionne comme un éco-système.

Re-pli, objet d’introspection
La demande était d’imaginer une protection, un abris qui puisse être porté par quelqu’un. Le projet final propose de déshumaniser le porteur en cachant son visage par ce qui se rapproche plus du masque que de l’abris. Ce masque ne laisse voir que les bras et les jambes de son porteur. Or, le visage est essentiel à notre personna-lité : sans lui, nous sommes n’importe qui.
La forme en cône inversé du masque trouble notre perception de ce corps chancelant. Le porteur est lui aussi attiré en avant, forcé de regarder au sol. Il ne peut plus voir ce qui l’entoure, ce qui le rassure comme le coupe complètement du monde. Ainsi, il entame son introspection, à l’abris des regards qui peut le voir.

Proposition pour une nouvelle forme de marché, en partenariat avec l’association Marché sur l’eau
Nous avons découvert l’association Marché sur l’eau dans le cadre d’une recherche sur les nouvelles formes de marché dans Paris. Leur approche et leur engagement (découvrir ici) nous a séduit et, après les avoir rencontré, nous avons décidé de travailler avec eux. L’actuel emplacement se situe en bas de la Rotonde, au bout du canal de l’Ourcq mais il offre peu de visibilité à l’association.
Notre proposition vise à ramener le marché près de l’eau. La forme de la plateforme est dédiée à l’accueil du bateau ainsi que du mar-ché. Le bateau apporte les différents modules qui, une fois déployés sur la plateforme, recevront les étales du marché. La gestuelle de leur ouverture met en valeur la dynamique du marché ; des mo-dules ‘assise’ et ‘table’ sont prévus pour d’éventuels pique nique.
Une fois le marché terminé, la plateforme offre un espace libre appropriable par les associations de quartier ou les fêtes estivales, nombreuses dans le 19ème arrondissement. Des bancs permettent également aux passant de s’asseoir près de l’eau là où ils devaient auparavant s’installer à même le sol.

Le manoir se situe dans le parc départemental de Chamarande, à quelques kilomètres de Paris. La demande visait à réhabiliter cet habitat vernaculaire en ateliers d’artiste.
Le parc départemental de Chamarande est remarquable car c’est un lieu historique qui accueille aussi des oeuvres et des festivals d’art contemporain. Les oeuvres contemporaines sont intégrées dans le parc telles des greffes inattendues dans un environnement classique. Le contraste de leur contemporanéité crée un dialogue productif entre art d’aujourd’hui et art d’hier. Le projet vise alors à établir cette même relation entre le manoir et les ateliers d’artistes.
Les ateliers s’insèrent dans le bâti sous forme de greffes ou éléments de contraste. Il s’agit de pousser ce contraste entre intervention et existant au maximum afin d’affirmer le côté incongru d’installer des ateliers d’artistes dans un tel bâtiment, un peu désuet et tout en longueur. Le contraste se manifeste par la couleur de ces espaces, leur forme et leur matérialité : à l’intérieur des « greffes », la toile rouge et les sols en bois veilli rappellent un certain esprit forain pouvant faire référence aux fêtes estivales qui ont lieu chaque été à Chamarande.
Malgré tout, deux types d’ateliers sont pensés dont un plus conven-tionnel pour les artistes désirant travailler dans un environnement plus neutre. Les espaces en contraste sont alors d’avantage privilé-giés pour les espaces de rencontre.

Lors de la deuxième phase du projet professionnel, le parti pris de mon projet a été mieux développé. Il s’agit alors d’établir la même relation entre le manoir et les ateliers d’artistes qu’ entre le parc de Chamarande et les oeuvres contemporaines présen-tes dans ce dernier.En effet, les oeuvres dans le parc apparaissent finalement non pas dans un contraste formel pur ( puisqu’elles dialoguent avec le parc, jouent avec les points de vue, la typologie ) mais dans un contraste de contemporanéité. L’esprit de la greffe est pré-sent mais il est associé à un dialogue fort avec l’existant. Les ateliers s’insèrent donc dans le manoir en contraste avec ce dernier ( ce sont des « greffes » ) mais elle l’utilise également comme une donnée d’origine pour se développer.

Les documents présentés ont été réalisés pendant la deuxième phase du pro-jet professionnel ( 5 semaines ). Il s’agissait alors d’affiner nos positions, de définir d’avantage notre parti-pris.

Scénographie d’une pièce de Daniel Danis
Cette pièce relate une histoire qui a déjà eu lieu : le récit est semé de signes prémonitoires, les personnages parlent d’eux même comme si ils se voyaient jouer. Tout indique que l’histoire que nous sommes en train de vivre a déjà eu lieu. D’une manière plus abs-traite, le texte fait référence aux cycles de la vie : vie, mort / aube, nuit …. C’est aussi une histoire violente qui met à mal les corps de ses personnages.
Le dispositif scénographique se compose de deux éléments. Un sol, dans un premier temps, au relief accidenté qui met à mal le corps des acteurs. Ces derniers sont déstabilisés, leur corps souffre de ces pentes certes douces mais qui s’enchainent et ne laissent aucun ré-pit au corps. Les sentiments sont mis en valeur opposés aux corps, malmenés.Les différentes pentes permettent aussi de définir les différents lieux de l’histoire.
L’éclairage fait essentiellement référence à l’aube ou à la tombée de la nuit, en conformité avec le texte. Un plafond tendu (deuxième élément de décor) éclairé par un système de variateurs permet la mise en place d’un ciel immatériel, au bleu profond, qui met en valeur à la fois le pan très spirituel de la pièce et la géométrie accidentée du sol.

La « question » médicale est de plus en plus présente dans nos sociétés : nous nous attachons toujours plus à améliorer nos condi-tions de vie et notre santé. L’architecture peut-elle et dans quel ordre avoir un rôle thérapeutique ?
L’homéostasie correspond à la capacité d’un système, ouvert ou fermé, à rester à l’état d’équilibre quelque soit les contraintes ex-térieures. Elle correspond à l’état d’un système auto-suffisant. Les bâtiments du futur évolueront face aux conditions extérieures, tout comme le corps réagit aux agressions extérieures pour maintenir son état d’équilibre.

THE GREEN CROSSING
BENEFITS FROM GREENERY AND LIGHT
Greenery and sunlight will have a central place in our buil-ding. In fact these two criteria are essential for the health and the well-being of the residents.Concerning the sunlight, the building will have a nor-thwest exposition to have the maximum of exposure during the entire day, and the building won’t be higher than R+6 to limit the shadow. Some therapeutic micro-architecture will be created in the green crossing, which will assure the well-being of the inhabitants. For example, the “heat micro-architecture” will allow muscle relaxation and a better blood circulation. Sunlight gives vim for the whole body. It is vital for growing, healing, immune regu-lation and bone solidity with the action of vitamin D. So it is really necessary to provide sunlight to the residents.
Vegetation will be found everywhere in the “homeostasis building”, in the green crossing with non allergen plants to limit harmful immune reaction from the body, on the pro-tection wall and on the roofs with shared garden, where vegetables will be cultivated for the residents. These plants will play a role of protection; they will eliminate the carbonic gas and provide a purified air for the inhabitants by the pho-tosynthesis mechanism.

The inside of the protective skin is a green wall, which is decorative and can
be used as a vegetables and fruits garden. This green side oxygenates the
