Zoho Integration 

      

         

 

 

Step 1 - Sign up on dashboard.razorpay.com. 

 

Step 2 - Verify your email address by clicking on the link sent to your registered 

email address. 

 

Step 3 - Click on My Account and fill in the Activation form. Fill up the details and 

upload the relevant documents in Documents Upload tab. 

 

Step 4 - Submit the activation form for approval. Once the form is submitted, it takes 

1-2 working days to verify your account. You will receive an email from the 

Razorpay team on the status of your activation.  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Step 5 - Once the account is activated, switch to Live Mode from the Dashboard.  

Note: Your Razorpay account should be activated and should be in the Live Mode for integrating Razorpay with Zoho.   

 Step 6 - Generate live API keys and save these details.  

 

Step 7 - Find your Merchant_ID from the Razorpay Dashboard and save it. 

 

Step 8 - On the Zoho Dashboard click on the gear icon > Integrations > Online 

Payments. Click on Setup Now button under Razorpay and enter the information 

required. 

 

Your Zoho account is now integrated with Razorpay Ƹ
