Sometime later. CAPA officials approached Lyric owner, 1\tr. Sitton, requesting to purchase the vacated theatre lor community use. Mr. Sitton olfered CAI'A a good price, subsequently he contacted them arid of· fered the theatre. to CAI!Q for whatever CAPA could pay lor it. Mr. Sitton then let CAl' A retain hall it's money to put It to use in the restoration of the Lyric_ CAPA gratefully made the transaction and took possession.
Many culturally oriented projects were headed by various CAPA officials and CAPA memJ>ers in the community. 1-:xamples of fine productivity resulted when the community worked together for the welfare <Jf it's community in a loving fashion.
