In a bright environment where white is the predominant colour, a long glass counter displays all the baked goods prepared in the laboratory visible at the bottom of the venue. From bread to cakes, from pastry to the coffee shop area, all products are clearly visible and are the real attraction of the place, attracting the attention of customers and stimulating sales. The backstage is made by natural wood and it frames some vertical columns covered with diamond ceramic tiles, like those used in 50’s, which are the only colour point in the whole white place. The choice of white just serves to enhance the products, creating an ideal stage for the sale. On the other side, high shelves with stools have been provided, due to the little width of the room. Some wall mirrors visually expand the space. On the top, the embossed inscriptions, report the logo of the shop. The elongated shape of the room proposed to conceive the shop as a journey to the discovery of flavours and specialties – starting from the front door and crossing a long corridor along the counter. The lamps (designed by Karman) give a creative touch to the environment, as well as the decorated wall at the bottom of the room. 1. Display counter and work place 2. Display counter and cashier 1 2
