• The scenario we will be looking at today will be a round trip CRM account sync to Zuora and back as well as gathering the new accounts in Zuora and bringing that to a BI tool to gain some insight into which regions and states we have grown the most in

for pricing tweaks and changes

• Payment Gateway integration- Integration of payment approval, cancellation, chargebacks,

refunds and other exceptions allows for 360 view in Zuora
