MR CHRYSIS CHRYSANTHOU (MECHANICAL ENGINEER BSC)

Employed with Thanos Hotels for a period of 6 years as Chief Engineer of The Annabelle Hotel and Promoted to Technical Manager of Thanos Hotels.

Since 1990 he has created the above three companies. Z&X MECHANICAL INSTALLATION Z&X HOLLIDAY VILLAS Z&X CAR HIRE

His main aim is to continue to develop the three companies ensuring they provide a service to be proud off he is also involved in the every day operation of Z&X Mechanical Installations Ltd.


3OUR TEAM STAFF

Z&X Mechanical Installation Ltd Employs 60 employees out of which 9 are working at the administration and accounting, 6 are engineers and the rest are technicians.The management of the group including engineers head of department, administration and foremen are participating in a bonus scheme program and according to their evaluation, results, productivity e.t.c they share a bonus every year.

has been certified with the following I.S.O certificates: ISO 9001and ISO 14000 in 2008.

Seminars & Training: Members of both the staff and management take part

SOLAR THERMAL-SOLAR WATER HEATING SYSTEMS

A solar water heater is a combination of a solar collector array, an energy transfer system, and a storage tank. The main part of a solar water heater is the solar collector array, which absorbs solar radiation and converts it to heat. This heat is then absorbed by a heat transfer fluid (water, non-freezing liquid, or air) that passes thought the collector. This heat can then be stored or used directly. Because of that Z and X Mechanical Installations couldn’t do something else besides corporate with the German giant Roth which produced complete solar water heating systems.

PHOTOVOLTAIC SYSTEMS Photovoltaic (PV) modules are solid-state

devices that convert sunlight, the most abundant energy source on the planet, directly into electricity without an intervening heat engine or rotating equipment. PV equipment has no moving parts and as a result, requires minimal maintenance and has a long life. It generates electricity without producing Green House emissions or any other gases and it’s operation is virtually silent.

Although Payback period depends on the efficiency of your panel. Installing a PV array demands a big amount of panels. As a Result Z & X Mechanical Installations can only coorporate with reliable manufactures, such as BOSCH (which we are authorized partners in Cyprus).

Swimming Pool PV Pumps In Cyprus because of the good climate conditions

that the Geographical location gives and incorporated with the rapidly development of the construction sector, a huge amount of swimming pools have been constructed. To ensure high pool water quality and hygiene standards the water must circulate. A medium size swimming pool requires a 1.2 Kw pump to circulate its water. Government figures state that only in the Pegia-Pafos there are 6000 swimming pools. To circulated their water for one hour only demands 7.2 Mwhr of electricity (which is very hight). Z and X Mechanical Installations for saw this problem and introduced on to the market the only Photovoltaic pumps in the world that exist at the moment, and operate with Zero electricity cost with in 1-2 year pay back period depending on Subsidy Conditions.
