card on file..2. The decision of the auctioneer is final. “You snooze, You lose”.3. Auction items will be awarded electronically at the close of the auction; you

will receive electronic notification.4. Items have a minimum bid requirement.5. Every effort has been made to accurately describe the items. All items are

sold in “as is” condition, with noted restrictions, and without warranty or representation of any kind as to the correctness of the description, authenticity, or condition.

6. All sales are final. There are no exchanges or refunds. All items have been donated to the Auction Committee and are sold by the Auction Committee. Purchasers may not ask for refunds or exchanges from any donor.

7. All services are donated at a time mutually agreeable to the donor (or donors) and winner. Please contact your prize donor within 30 days, or as indicated, to set up a mutually convenient date, unless otherwise specified. Please check your expiration date as noted. All items expire March 25, 2018, unless specifically noted.

8. Per federal law, the portion of your auction bid that exceeds the fair market value of that item, as listed in the catalog, is the only tax-deductible part of your contribution. You may obtain a receipt upon request.

9. Winning bidders will receive notification by email with pickup location, dates and times.
