Wertheim said Thursday that one line will be open 7-8:15 a.m. for late breakfast-goers. He said the committee had been working on the project a long time. We finally did it!, Wertheim exclaimed. He said the reason this plan hadnt been tried sooner was be- cause there was doubt that enough help was available after that time to clean Sbisa before the 10:30 lunch rush began. Sbisa Breakfast Hour ExtendedA continental breakfast line in

the Sbisa Annex will be kept open 15 minutes later next week on a trial basis, according to Pat Wertheim, chairman of the Civilian Menu Committee.

Wertheim said Thursday that one line will be open 7-8:15 a.m. for late breakfast-goers. He said the committee had been working on the project a long time.

“We finally did it!”, Wertheim exclaimed.

He said the reason this plan hadn’t been tried sooner was because there was doubt that enough help was available after that time to clean Sbisa before the 10:30 lunch rush began.

“If everything works out okay, this will probably be a permanent arrangement,” Wertheim said.
