The amendment referred to above, submitted in connection with registration Wlder the Federa1lnsecticide, FWlgicide and Rodenticide Act (FJFRA) section 3(c)(7)(a), is acceptable provided the following revisions are incorporated before you release the product for shiPment under the amended label:

1. In the Personal Protective .Equipment (PPE) listing, in the "Mixers and loaders supporting ... " paragraph, add "goggle or face shield" after "chemical resistant gloves (except when flagging)". In the "All other mixers ... " paragraph add "goggles or face shield" after "socks and shoes".

2. Since Table 21 was published in the RED, SRRD has modified the wording in the paragraph headings of the PPE section. Replace ''Mhen and loaden supporting aerial applications who are Dot usiDg eugiDeering eoDtrols ••. " with "AD mixen aDd loaden who are Dot using eugiDeering eoDtrols ••• ".

14. Because of the change in the heading. item 12 above, you should delete the redundant heading "GROWN OUTDOORS IN NURSERIES ONLY" that appears above the entry for LeatherleafFern. Just bring that entry up to join with the other ornamentals entries.
