I have signed an agreement to purchase the house and lot at 2171 E. Morgan Avenue , Evansville , Indiana, subject to the condition that the property i • cezoned from C-1 to C-2.

I and my wife, Linda, own Accurate Electronic Service, Inc., which presently does business at 504 N. Weinbach Avenue. We conduct an electronics repair business. We repair radios, televisions, stereos , videc recorders, computer games, projectors, and microwave ovens. We are factory representatives for Zenith, Panasonic, Sylvania , Hitachi, and ntllllerous other companies . Since we conduct a repair business , we normally do not have more than two customers in our store at any one time.

If the rezoning is granted , then we intend to tear down the old house which presently is used as a three-family apartment house. We intend to build a new , neat-looking commercial building. The exact plans for thi s building have not been finalized as of the time of the writing of this letter.

I graduated from Purdue University in 1972. I have twenty (20) years experience in electronics. I have taught classes at the University of Evansville concerning electronic technology and I am currently serving as chief engineer of the radio station and television studio at the University of Evansville. I do electronics engineering work for two (2) radio stations in Illinois.

If the petition for rezon i ng i s approved, I intend to be a good neighbor .
