Respected sir,

This has reference with respect to above mentioned subject, we are submitting herewith action

take report to the objection raised in the monitoring report.

Following conditions were not complied / partially complied.

PA submitted only 2 no compliance reports

since the grant of EC

The earlier EC compliance six monthly

Reports have been submitted to MoEF

office at Bhopal

Onwards 2106 till date the reports

submitted to MoEF Nagpur Office.

002 Specific Condition No I

PA Need to include NOX in Stack monitoring

NOX shall be included and monitored

on regular basis.

003 General Condition XI

Advertisement has been made, however the

clause of seven days was not followed.

We regret for the non compliance in

respect of clause of 7 days. We will

take care and strictly obey the clause

condition of 7 days stipulated time for

advertisement.
