THE TERMS AND CONDITIOSAMITI ARE AS UNDER:-

J. The contractual appointee will be paid fixed contractual amount @ Rs. 8710/-per month (which shall be equal

to minimum of the band pay+ grade pay). The contract appointee will be entitled for increase in contractual

amount @ Rs. 26J/-(!W 3% of minimum of Pay Band + Grade Pay of the post) for further extended years and no

other allied benefits as senior/selection scales etc. will be given.

2. The service of the Contract appointee will be purely on temporary basis. The appointment is liable to be

terminated in case the performance/conduct of the contract appointee is not found satisfactory.

3. Contract appointee will be entitled for one day's casual leave after putting one month service. No leave of any

kind is admissible to the contract appointee. She shall not be entitled for Medical Re-imbursement and LTC

etc., only ruareruitv leave will be given as per Rules

4. Unauthorized absence from the dutv without the approval of the controlling office shall automatically lead to

the termination of the contract. Contract appointee shall not be entitled for contractual amount for the period

of absence from duty,

5, Selected candidate will have to submit a certificate of his fitness from a Government/Registered Medical

Practitioner. The Women candidate pregnant beyond twelve weeks will stand temporarily unfit till the

confinement is 0\ er. The women candidate will be re examined for the fitness from an authorized Medical

Officer/Pract it ioner.

6, Contract appointee will be entitled to TA/DA if required to go on tour in connection with his/her official duties

at the same rate as applicable to regular counterpart officials at the minimum of the pay scale.

7, Provisions of service rules like FR, SR, Leave Rules, CPF Rules, Pension Rules & Conduct rules ets, as are

applicable in case of regular employees will not be applicable in case of contract appointees. They will be

entitled for emoluments etc.

a, The contractual employee shall produce medical fitness certificate issued by the concerned Chief i\ledicalOfficer.

c. Certificate of age along with a copy of Matriculation Certificates issue by the Board of SchoolEducation,

b. The appointee shall have to produce the original certificates of education and technical qualificationat the time of his / her joining duties.

3, The service of FIRST PARTY will be purely on temporary basis. Theappointment is liable to be terminated in case the performance/conduct of thecontract appointee is not found good or if a regular incumbent isappointed/posted against the vacancy for which the first party was engaged on contract.

'4. Contractual Female Multipurpose-Health Workerwill be entitled 'for one daycasual leave 'after putting one month service. However, the contract employee willalso be entitled for 12 weeks Maternity Leave and 10 day's Medical Leave. He /She shall not be entitled for Medical Re-imbursement and LTC etc. No leave ofany other kind except above is admissible to the contract appointee,

5. Unauthorized absence from the duty without the approval' of the controllingofficer shall automatically lead to the termination of the contract. A contractualFemale Multipurpose Health Worker will not be entitled for contractual amount :for the period of absence from duty. .:..

6. An official appointed on contract basis who has completed three years tenure atone place of posting will be eligible for transfer on need based basis whereverrequired on administrative grounds.

7. Selected candidate will have to 'submit a certificate of his/her fitness from aGovernmentlRegisteredMedical Practitioner. In case of women candidatespregnant beyond twelve weeks' will render het temporarily \ID~t till theconfinement· is over. The women candidate should be-re-examined for fitnessfrom an authorized Medical 'Officer/ practitioner, . .. '.
