Introduction Corporate Performance Management (CPM) deals with application of one’s knowledge on IT systems, accounting and financial operations and management principles. It prods deep and challenges ones knowledge of the business and the intricacy of his business operation. The deployment of CPM utilizes the very current market and industry analysis, and most all the interconnected sources of silo information within the company. CPM is a branch of learning, because of its real life practical applications. It puts forth the need to be acquaintance with the management concepts surrounding performance management, and how global firms are evolving their IT systems usage and business processes to generate a fully integrated view of their company’s performance.
