1. KrokUrobíme kvások a prehriatu múku rozmiešame so soľou a s cukrom, pridáme vykysnutý kvások, podľa potreby vlažne mlieko a vypracujeme dosť tuhé cesto, ktoré necháme dobre vykysnúť.

Apricot cake with pudding

Dough:5 eggs
250 grams of sugar1 dl oil
250 g flour ·1 dl water

Cream:1 liter of milk
3 vanilla pudding5 tablespoons sugar
20 dag HeryBB - biscuits (2 packages)
cesto:5 vajec250 gramov cukru1 dcl oleja250 gramov polohrubej múky1 dcl vodypol prášku do pečivana tmavé cesto 2 lyžice kakaakrém: 1 liter mlieka3 vanilkové pudingy5 lyžíc cukru20 dkg HeryBB - keksy (2 balíky)

Christmas gingerbread

Ingredients:250 g honey100 g granulated sugar1.5 dcl water500 g flour2 tbsp gingerbread spicesground cinnamon1 tsp bicarbonate of soda2 eggs
Suroviny:250 g med100 g kryštálový cukor1,5 dl voda500 g hladká múka2 PL medovníkové koreniemletá škorica1 ČL sóda bikarbóna2 ks vajce
1. Step1,5 decilitres of water we pour into the pot with granulated sugar, we add honey and heat it. To this mixture we also add the flour, gingerbread spice, cinnamon, baking soda and eggs and we mix it with hands.
1. Krok1,5 dcl vody nalejeme do hrnca spolu s kryštálovým cukrom, pridáme med a zohrejeme. Do tejto zmesi ďalej pridáme múku, perníkové korenie, škoricu, sódu bikarbónu a vajíčka a všetko rukou premiešame.
2. StepIf the dough is runny , we add more flour. We leave dough aside for at least 6 hours.
2. KrokAk je cesto riedke, pridáme ešte múku. Vypracované cesto odložíme aspoň na 6 hodín.
3. StepAfter six hours we put the dough on a floured board and we roll it. And we begin to cut out different shapes and put it on a baking sheet greased with butter. We bake it in oven at 170 C for 10 minutes. After taking out of oven we spread it with beaten egg.
3. KrokPo 6 hodinách ho dáme cesto na pomučenú dosku a rozvaľkáme ho. A začíname vykrajovať tvary a dávať na plech vymastený maslom. Pečieme v rúre na 170 C 10 minút. Po vybratí potrieme rozšľahaným vajíčkom.

4. KrokPo vychladnutí zdobíme zmesou bielka a práškového cukru.
Christmas sauerkraut soupKapustnica (sauerkraut soup) is a Slovak thick soup traditionally prepared at the end of the year – for Christmas and New Years Eve.Kapustnica can be prepared in a lot of ways (ingredients, length of cooking, etc.), it differs from region to region
Igredients ingrediencie
Sauerkraut – 0,5 kg Pork – 0,5 kg Dried mushrooms Sausage – 1 piece Onion – 2 small pieces Garlic – 2 cloves Sour Cream – 1 cup Clove, nutmeg, caraway,
bay leaf, black pepper, paprika, red pepper
kyslá kapusta -0,5 kg Bravčové mäso – 0,5kg Vysušené hríby Klobása Cibuľa – 2malé kusy Cesnak – 2 strúčiky Kyslá smotana – 1 Klinčeky, muškátový
oriešok,rasca, bobkový list, čierne korenie, mleté korenie, červená paprika
Instructions Postup
Put sauerkraut with a liter of water into a large pot.
Turn 2 cloves of garlic into a paste and add it to the sauerkraut.
Add black pepper, caraway seeds, cloves and nutmeg, dried mushrooms, 2 bay leaves and onions.
Cut pork into small pieces and add it to the rest of used ingredients.
Sometimes more water is needed. Add it if necessary and let it cook for 20 minutes.
Add red pepper and paprika, cover the pot and simmer for approximately 30 minutes.
Typically, the soup is served with sour cream added after cooking, but it is up to you, how you like it.
Dajte kyslú kapustu a liter vody do hrnca
Dva strúčky cesnaku pretlačiť a pridať ku kapuste
Pridajte čierne korenie, rascu, klinčeky, muškát.oriešok, sušené hríby a 2 bobkové listy s cibuľou
Pokrájané mäso na malé kúsky a pridajte do zmesi
Niekedy treba pridať viac vody a variť 20 minút
Pridajte červenú papriku korenie, prikryte a mierne varte 30minút

Christmas salmon

Procedure:Season the salmon fillets with salt and hearbs. Then fry it on hot oil till both sides turn white.And then serve it withpotato salad orFrench fries and tartaresauce.
Potrebujeme:LososaByliny(Provensálske korenie)Soľ Olej
Postup:Na fileti nakrájaného lososaposolíme a obalíme vbylinkách. Na rozpálenomoleji sprudka opečieme zoboch strán až kým nezbeliea potom podávame sozemiakovým šalátom alebo shranolčekmi a tatárskouomáčkou
Fried fish
INGREDIENTS Fish fillet Eggs – 2-3 pieces Flour – 4-5 tablespoons (tbsp) Bread crumbs – 4-5 tbsp OilINSTRUCTIONS First of all, rinse the fish fillet
under running water and dry it .
Prepare three bowls in a row. One bowl of flour, another bowl of eggs (well mixed) and a bowl of bread crumbs.
Coat the fillets in flour first, than in eggs, and finally in bread crumbs.
Put the fillets into the heated oil and fry it (both sides).
Potato salad
Ingredients Ingrediencie
Potatoes – 4-5 bigger pieces
Onion – a half Sweet peas – medium
can Carrots – 3 pieces Eggs – 2 pieces Mayonnaise – 6-7
tablespoons (tbsp) Salt, black pepper,
paprika
Zemiaky – 4-5 väčších Cibuľa – polovica Sladký hrášok Mrkva – 3 kusy Vajcia – 2 Majonéza -6-7
polievkových lyžíc Soľ, čierne korenie Mleté korenie
Instructions Postup
Boil unpeeled potatoes and peeled carrots in salted water in separated pots.
Also, boil 2 eggs. Cut half of an onion, pickles and
carrots that are soft already into small cubes; combine them in a separate pot.
When the potatoes are almost done take them out, peel and slice them and finally add them to the pot full of vegetables.
It is time to add the mayonnaise now.
Last ingredients are eggs; mix them into the salad.
For even better taste use salt and black pepper.
Leave it in the fridge for a couple of hours
