Clandestine Climate Modification CampaignA constellation of evidence points towards the reality of an ongoing, clandestine, climate modification campaign, originating, at the very least, from the 1970’s, of unprecedented proportions and the utmost audacity and arrogance. Its overarching aim is to convert the Arctic ice into a meltwater, opening it up for its vast resources of oil, gas and minerals and to alter the global climate to one more favourable to the northern temperate zones and less favourable to equatorial and semi-tropical zones. The scientific establishment up to 1975 seemed also to have been concerned that the earth was entering a long-term Ice age. This may have been a genuine concern but may also have been a means of drumming up support. To this end, the campaign has employed such methods of modification as:

Use of Black Carbon, in alignment with William Gray’s proposals, to:

1. Alter the surface albedo of ice and snow. 2. Artificially induce convection, enhancing lower cloud

formation which has a warming influence in the Arctic region.

Gray studied the carbon dust smoke plumes generated by carbon black plants and petroleum fires and found them to be typical of the type of carbon plume which would be used for weather modification. Today, plumes from flare stacks contribute to Black Carbon levels in the Arctic to a degree around 20 times greater than anywhere else in the world in a region that is 5 times more sensitive. This will increase as Arctic offshore oil and gas rigs grow in number and encroach further north.

Altering the nature and frequency of cloud type ratios in order to effect a warming of the globe, predominantly the northern hemisphere, and, in particular, the Arctic. This is accomplished by two primary means.

1. The establishment of a cirrus cloud over-seeding regime. Popularly termed “Chemtrails”, this refers to a form of artificial cirrus cloud formation carried out as part of the deliberate, clandestine, world-wide geoengineering campaign. What activists claim to be “chemtrails” and skeptics claim to be “persisting, spreading contrails”, have the common factor of originating from particulates emitted from jets that act as ice nuclei and seeds for human-induced cirrus clouds. Orchestrated under the guise of commercial air traffic, this involves aircraft of military, commercial and undisclosed origin emplacing particulate matter, primarily coal fly ash, into the upper troposphere and lower stratosphere for the purpose of seeding vast artificial cirrus cloud formations. These can last for extended periods of time

and have a net-warming effect, observable within one day/night cycle and more pronounced the closer they occur towards the poles, to winter and night.

2. The radical enhancement of cumulus (lower) cloud formation by means of lower flying aircraft, ground and sea-based seeding devices, and electro-magnetic pulses emitted via ionospheric heaters and ubiquitous radio and radar technology. The term “Haarp” should actually refer to the technology behind both an overt and covert, global network of land-based antenna arrays, sea based mobile platforms, drilling rigs, satellites, land-based radar stations (particularly Nexrad), and radar located on vehicles (such as tornado chasers), boats, submarines and aircraft. This technology is based on the idea that electromagnetic beams sustained and focused at the correct frequency can bring about changes in the atmosphere, stripping electrons from targeted regions, creating plasma clouds. Plasma is ionised gas consisting of protons and electrons. Free electrons accelerate cloud formation. The enhanced cumulus cloud cover, resulting from this process, has an overall net-warming effect in the Arctic.

Atomic bombs, rockets and electromagnetic pulses have been used to alter the upper atmosphere over the Arctic, destroying ozone, allowing more UV radiation through and enhancing the formation of Polar Stratospheric Clouds, which further warm the region.

Nurturing unprecedented perfect storms and hurricanes of ever greater intensity and frequency, brewed from oceans transformed by Philanthropogenic Global Warming into giant heat reservoirs. Augmented by Black Carbon laid down ahead, sea-based radar platforms, aircraft and ships fitted with onboard radar, emitting pulses and deploying aerosol payloads, there is virtually no limit to how large these storm systems can grow. As they track further north and merge with ice nucleated storms, intensifying the pressure gradient still further, they accelerate the breakdown of Arctic ice. In combination with the geoengineering already deployed there, they add to the already enhanced cloud content, and bring precipitation and warmth to the region enough to raise the temperature of the North Pole above freezing in the middle of winter. These factors accelerate as the area of open water in the Arctic ocean increases.

Uneven Warming Patterns

This campaign is the true cause of the uneven global warming. CO2, a gas that spreads evenly across the planet, is not.The video below showing surface measurements of CO2 varying over different latitudes from 1979 to 2006 demonstrates this clearly.

It is clear from the temperature by latitude NASA GISS map below showing the trend in temperatures annually (Jan-Dec) from the1980 – 2015, that the warming is predominantly a northern hemisphere and particularly Arctic phenomenon. It can hardly be said that both poles are warming more than the equator as would be the case in if CO2 were the driver.

From 1980 global temperatures go up despite the winding down of the solar cycle.If the sun and climate have been going their opposite ways since 1980, then the sun cannot be the cause of the recent global warming. At the same time, the implication is that up to that period, there was a strong correlation between solar activity and global temperatures.

Philanthropogenic Global Warming has the effect of shifting the 3 atmospheric convection cells poleward. The Hadley cell in the tropics expands and the Polar cell contracts. The Ferrell cell in

between these two cells, is moved polewards along with them. This shift results in the dry, sinking, high pressure region around 30 ° N, associated with the world’s deserts, being moved further north over the western and southwestern US and other regions of the world such as Mexico, Brazil, southwestern Australia, southern Africa, northern Africa, the mid-Mediterranean and southern Europe. All these areas have been experiencing severe drought as a result of this shift.

The Ice CurtainIn addition to obfuscation and outright denial, geoengineering is also employed to cool selected regions, particularly the heavily populated eastern US, leading many people to believe that the planet is cooling.

Looking at the population distribution of the US, it is no wonder that most people who are aware of them, think that chemtrails are a clandestine operation to mitigate global warming.

This method is employed primarily for psychological deception but also has other purposes.

It entails: The laying down of particulate trails in the lower

atmosphere. This form of cloud seeding gives rise to cumulus clouds. Cumulus (lower) clouds have a net cooling effect. Increasing their size, frequency and duration will contribute towards cooling.

The use of rotating frequency beams generated by Doppler radar which strip the electrons from the air in the regions ionised. Electrons radically enhance cumulus cloud condensation. Condensation also releases latent heat which further lofts the water vapour up to the upper levels of the troposphere where it is captured by the aerosols, speeding the process of precipitation.

This is in conjunction with sequentially timed bursts of artificial water generation pumped into the atmosphere from cooling towers. It is possible that fly ash particles, normally filtered, may also be sequentially released from smokestacks. Cooling towers and smokestacks thus function as gigantic, ground cloud-seeding devices.

require more water, eventually results in flooding in the east as the optimal nuclei size is attained. This steals water from the west and dumps it in the east.

Artificial water vapour generated in the east and transported up to the upper levels by rotating frequency, speeds precipitation, reducing cirrus cloud coverage and invigorating cumulus cloud formation lower down as the particulates and associated ice descends and melts. This has a cooling effect.

artificial ice nucleating agents that will enhance this process. This leads to the events misleadingly named Polar Vortices. Misleading because they originate not from the North Pole nor even the Arctic circle but from regions over Western Canada.

This GISS map below shows the departure from average high temperatures in the Northern Hemisphere winter (Dec-Jan-Feb) from the period 2013-2015.

This time period correlates with that of the persisting drought in the western US over the last three years. Note the anomalously low temperatures in the Eastern US and in the middle of the North Atlantic. Also note the how this cold region has no continuity with the Arctic over a three-year period, counter to the claims of certain scientists who maintain that, beyond all logic, global warming

causes polar vortices to wander off all the way to Florida. The cold should weaken as it encroaches further south, not intensify.In combination, the warming modification acting as the “background”, interspersed with periodic cooling interventions, these opposing forms of climate engineering give rise to the weird jet stream configurations that are being observed in recent times.

The jet stream is blamed for a lot these days, but in reality it does not just decide to up sticks and wander about by itself causing strange weather as the mediarologists would have you believe. As the jet streams are the result of the temperature differences between air masses, any form of jet stream manipulation, must be the result of a prior manipulation of the temperatures of the giant air masses that underlie them. Thus, simplified, Philanthropogenic Global Warming will warm air masses and the interspersed cooling modification will cool others and the jet stream simply snakes around them in response. It’s the tail not the dog.It would seem that cooling climate modification has been used to draw a “curtain of ice” between gullible populations and the reality behind the curtain, an operation to warm the Arctic.

The anomalous cold region over the North Atlantic is also due to cooling weather modification. In addition to the role of psychological misdirection, this has the effect of reducing evaporation and loss of heat from the surface of the ocean, maintaining the warmth below as it makes its way towards the Arctic ice. The ice nucleated storms increase the pressure

gradient of, the already enhanced, extra-tropical storms and the more powerful winds increasingly break up the remaining ice, both mechanically and by enhancing ocean heat transfer to the under-ice surface.

The Cover UpThere are two factors to be taken into account when considering Arctic ice, ice extent and, the more important, ice thickness.When taking the total volume of ice into account, both factors, it is clear that there is a steep decline.

Curiously, though the ice extent for 2015 was in a steep downward decline, it suddenly began an anomalous recovery around September.

An explanation for this curious recovery may lie in 5 satellite images taken on September 15th 2015, in the Arctic Ocean during the same period as the anomalous upturn in ice extent,.

Are these images revealing the use of artificial ice nucleation in order to create the illusion that the ice cap is remaining intact or even growing?It is important to note that ice nucleation can only replace a superficial layer of ice, it can't possibly restore the volume of ice below that has taken many years to accumulate. Arctic ice like the Polar Bear, is the poster child for Global Warming.

Literally, on the surface we have a superficial appearance of more ice than there really is, created for the purpose of deceiving humanity.These anomalous upturns go back to 2008 when sea ice extent recovered slightly during the Arctic winters of 2008-09. This roughly coincided with the beginning of Operation IceBridge in 2009. Operation IceBridge, an airborne misssion, was brought in to temporarily replace IceSat, a Polar satellite that conveniently failed in 2010 due to an instrumental failure, after providing information on Arctic ice from the period 2003 – 2008. This was just before the recovery of ice extent in 2008 and before the official establishment of operation IceBridge in 2009.Operation IceBridge employs planes, flying at low altitude and equipped with ice-penetrating radar, able to target and focus on specific areas. This is potentially the reason for the anomalous ice formation in open water. In addition to its role in actually creating artificial and superficial ice cover, owing to the IceSat having mysteriously and conveniently failed, Icebridge now has greater influence over the narrative of Arctic ice loss. The aircraft measurements are now limited to several week long campaigns that can’t cover as wide an area as a satellite and focus on specific regions. Measurements of ice volume above the sea surface depend on comparing the difference in height between the top sections of ice and the water in the cracks between. If the cracks in between have been artificially covered over, then perhaps these readings will be impaired. In other words, Icebridge can manipulate the measurements by focusing only on those artificially covered over areas to give the impression that the ice is melting more slowly than it is or even recovering.

The Gorilla in the GreenhouseThis nefarious project can only have been carried out by those with the power, resources and will to hold the governments, militaries, industries and scientific establishments of such major powers as the US, Europe and Russia, under their sway. The same psychopathic syndicate that holds the monopoly on money, oil, truth and power, with utter disregard towards the planet and those who live on it.

They have applied their resources and awareness of the effects of pollution and military experiments on the climate in a scientific, covert manner, in order to manipulate it to their own ends without interference from a concerned public.To accomplish this, they have made use of the ultimate commodity, truth itself, on which they hold the monopoly. In carrying out this ultimate confidence trick, they have managed to corral concerned people from all over the world into two camps and turn them against each other.Both the proponents of Anthropogenic Global warming and skeptics are funded and controlled in their upper echelons by the same source. Both sides are kept in perpetual conflict and ignorance of this inconvenient truth. Big Oil and the Climate Mafia are one and the same. When they call each other liars they are just being honest.

The aim is to impede the public awareness of a warming world and its true causes for as long as possible, transferring the guilt and the cost onto the unsuspecting masses whilst profiting from the consequences of a melting arctic and worldwide crisis. As catastrophe and carbon taxation looms large, it’s important to recognize that as always, the costs of taxes levied on corporations are passed onto the poor. Wealth is de-distributed up the pyramid. Likewise, the funds for the proposed technologies, not yet invented, for Carbon Sequestration, will be sequestered from the carbon based life forms, whether cheerleading or not. Any mention of the Gorilla in the Greenhouse, ongoing geoengineering, is usually met with incredulity or snorts of derision by both sides. This is telling in itself, the very notion of an engineered climate must not be entertained.
