Describe your/the co-op's role in the project *

As a piece of our Generation Power campaign, which aimed to engage and activate our members age 25-45, I createdthis invitation to entice members to attend our Annual Meeting. As with many cooperatives, we struggle to get theyounger members to engage with the co-op, especially at Annual Meeting. I was tasked with coming up with an ideathat was outside of the box of what we normally do to publicize our Annual Meeting. I created this illustration for theinvitations using Adobe Illustrator. This invitation contributed to an increase of 5 percent in the 25-45 demographicattending our Annual Meeting.

Project's Objective * The objective of this project was to invite cooperative members age25-45 to our Annual Meeting. This invitation attempted tocommunicate fun and excitement at our Annual Meeting. This projectwas completed as a tactic for an overall marketing plan to engage andactivate members age 25-45. This project helped contribute to anincrease of 5 percent in the attendance of members age 25-45 at ourAnnual Meeting.
