定义：直推分红奖励是新增设的一项全新奖金项。以被考核人直推下属（推荐网络内第一代推荐人）的每月业绩作为考核依据，根据符合达标条件对应的份数领取相应奖金分红

Definition: GF is a Global bonus-a most welcome addition to the current compensation plan. Entitlement is based on the monthly sales performance of the distributor with focus on direct sponsorship. The accumulation of DSPV at the end of the period will determine the portions of GF for the entitlement ※ DSPV = Direct Sponsoring PV : All sales PV inclusive of First Purchase, Upgrade, Maintenance & Repeat Purchase generated from the 1st generation in Sponsor Network.

设立目的：提高直接上线的积极性，对直接上线的领导力提出更高层次的要求。

Purpose: To accelerate the activity level of distributors and to promote leadership by example

直推分红奖励的考核和结算周期为每个工作月一次，工作月与现行奖金制度的工作周期一致。

直推分红将在该考核月最后一周结算后进行结算及发放。例如第七工作月的直推分红，将在第九个工作月开始时进行结算并发放

GF will be calculated monthly and blending in with the the Bonus Cycle Table.

GF will be calculated and issued after the last week of that particular cycle has been calculated. For example, Cycle 7’s GF will be calculated and issued at the beginning of Cycle 9.

获取直推分红奖励需满足三个条件 1. 白金级以上会员 2. 在该工作月所属自然月需满足重消考核 3. 在该工作月内直推下属（推荐网络内第一代推荐人）的首购、升级、重消业绩达到 1200PV 以上

Three conditions must be fulfilled to be entitled to GF:

1. Platinum or above class. 2. Current month’s maintenance shall be

fulfilled. 3. The total DSPV to reach 1200 PV or above.

公司会提取每月海外销售 PV 的 1% 作为直推分红奖励的奖金基数。达标会员直推业绩每满 1200PV 可获 1 份直推分红奖励， 3 份封顶（ 3600PV ）。系统根据每月参与分红的份数计算每份的分红金额。达标会员根据对应份数领取直推分红奖金。

直推业绩 3600PV 以上可获得 3 份 直推业绩达到 2400PV – 3599PV 可获得 2 份 直推业绩达到 1200PV – 2399PV 可获得 1 份

1% of each month’s total Global Sales (except China & HK) will enter into a Pool to be used to calculate the GF. Entitlement will be subdivided into 3 categories :

DSPV reaching 3600PV and above will be entitled to 3 shares DSPV reaching 2400PV – 3599 PV will be entitled to 2 shares DSPV reaching 1200PV – 2399 PV will be entitled to 1 share

前提：本月全球业绩 PV( 除中国、香港 )10,000,000 PV *1%= 直推分红总额100,000 PV ；全球共 100 名会员符合分红资格，达标情况如下：

Condition: Current month’s total global sales PV (except China & Hong Kong): 10,000,000 PV*1% =GF Pool 100,000 PV; Totally 100 members are qualified as below :

3 人直推业绩 3600PV 以上 – 3 x 3 份 = 9 份10 人直推业绩 2400 – 3599PV 之间 – 10 x 2 份 = 20 份87 人直推业绩 1200 – 2399PV 之间 – 87 x 1 份 = 87 份

3 members with 3600 DSPV or above – 3 x 3 shares = 9 shares10 members with 2400 – 3599 DSPV – 10 x 2 shares = 20 shares87 members with 1200 – 2399 DSPV – 87 x 1 share = 87 shares

总共参与分红的份数： 116 份每份的金额 = 100,000 PV / 116 份 = 862.00 PVTotal Shares entitled for Global Fund = 116 Each Share of the GF = 100,000 PV / 116 shares= 862.00 PV
